Chums Lens Leash Eyewear Retainer Sunglass Strap

Chumms has to be the best value in Eyewear leashes there is. Great little gifts 🎁 for love ones,or for anyone you want to kiss up to.

Chums never seems to fumble. I've used a bunch of their retainers, various styles and attachments. All work flawlessly. Some only work with some glasses, so you have to exercise a small bit of sense in choosing among them, but if you do that, Chums will definitely do its part. There are plenty of worthy alternatives, so don't take my recommendation as meaning Chums are better than all the rest, but I don't think you can go wrong. To me, that merits 5 stars.

Pros: Most like the strap will not fall off the eyeglasses. It's quite secure.Cons: I wanted a light-weight strap and this is light weight. But I find it doesn't sit on the back of my neck well; it tends to flop around; not heavy enough to stay still. Also, because of its design, the strap comes in front of the ear, rather than in back as most others do. This might not bother some people, but it does bother me.

the other cheaper kinds will slip right off the handles and if I dotn watch out, my glasses will fall to the ground! this one doesnt and works very well!

I've tried several eye glass straps and these are by far the best. The cord stays on the glasses and doesn't slip off. I just purchased two more.

It keeps me from losing my sunglasses into the river when rowing. The ‘leash’ is long enough that I can slip it over my sun hat, but not so long as to get in the way. I leave it on the sunglasses all the time, and It does not interfere when I want to put on my sunglasses quickly while I am driving.I use it on sunglasses that fit over my regular glasses, and the place it attaches to my glasses (on the arms of the sunglasses, about mid way front to back) does not interfere with my regular glasses. Other styles of ‘glasses leash’, the kind that is like a fabric tube that slips over the earpieces, does interfere.

I actually got these to use with my reader glasses while at work. These are perfect. They fit on no issue, and the length of the chain is long enough that it's not in my way, while also short enough I'm not bumping into things I carry with it. This has really made a huge difference to ensuring I use my glasses when I'm supposed to.

The media could not be loaded. I disliked the FLIMSY headband. I always got a rigid stiff headband with the glasses. I really need both or three pairs i recently purchased. One simply fell off my shoulders because it was flimsy. It fell in a lake. I can’t retrieve it because it is so deep. Please help me.
