Wireless Intercom Doorbell Chime for Home Intercomunicador (2T2 White) …

My wife wanted an intercom at our front door. I bought this Wuloo wireless intercom. We are very happy with this intercom. I didn't have to run wires through my house since this is FM wireless. I didn't have to trouble shoot WiFi problems like I did with the Ring brand video doorbell I have. The audio communication is much better than the Ring doorbell audio. The rechargeable battery life is reasonable. I did have to print up a sign telling anyone who pressed the doorbell button that they had to press, hold, and then release the talk button. So far only one person didn't follow the instructions. When I reported a problem to Wuloo, I got a very quick answer and a replacement unit quickly. I wish every customer service representatives were as good as the Wuloo people. If anything would make this intercom better it would be to have the ability for the inside units to be able initiate communication with the outside unit. The other improvement would be to be able to talk to the outside unit without having to wait for the person at the outside unit to release the call bell button. Overall I can recommend this product and I would buy it again. UPDATE: When I received the replacement unit for the insode unit that would sometimes ring when there was no one at my door, it would not ring at all. After just one email to Wuloo customer service, I was sent a detailed instruction email telling me how to pair the inside and outside units to each other. Now it works perfectly. I have not have any phantom ringing and it ring when the outside door bell button is pressed. I have a second inside unit that would also ring when no one is at my door. It too is now being replaced with an updated unit. Thank you, Wuloo customer service. I could not ask for better customer service.

This is complete and utter garbage it will refuses to let you communicate with the person who rings the bell. It will only work station to station not helpful at all for people standing at your door. If I could give it zero or negative stars I would.

This nifty intercom has been working well. It has great range, using it about 100 ft from my property line to inside of my house. It has a loud sound and the dogs love the doorbell feature. I do recommend using a zip tie to secure it on better between the outside unit, and the housing (does require drilling holes in housing case to put a zip tie around). I do wish it had more channel options though. Once in a while, I will get ghost type doorbell rings or odd conversations that obviously come from a neighbor with the same device or one on the same channel. I did change the channel to A then B then C but happens once in a while.

I have four indoor units and one outdoor. They all work fine except for one problem: the indoor units sometimes chime when no one is at the door (nobody rang the outdoor unit). This does not happen too frequently, but the problem is, it sometimes happens at night and wakes us from sleep. I wrote to customer service and they replied saying they were aware of the problem and were in the process of correcting it via programming. They promised to replace the indoor units with units that were corrected, but so far that has not happened, and that was a while ago. They also instructed me to turn off the indoor units at night (very inconvenient). We love the in house communication function (walkie talkie). If it were not for the false rings, I would give the unit five stars. Update on this review: Wuloo customer support DID replace all four of my indoor units with the new ones that do not give false alarms, and they showed me how to link them to the outdoor unit. No more false alarms since and the new units work flawlessly. This company really supports it product and I am changing my review to five stars!

This doorbell has excellent range. I have it at the front gate to my property, and the house is about 30 yards from the gate. I get a good strong signal. The 3 star rating is due to the fact that the audio for both the doorbell, and the intercom, is fairly distorted, and could easily be made better. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no way to prevent kids from stealing the outdoor unit. In my neighborhood, this likely won't be a problem, but for most folks, it can be, and I think the maker needs to come up with a locking holder for the outdoor unit. That would surely raise the price a bit, but what good is cheap if it gets stolen?!?!

I got this yesterday for my parents when their in-house intercom system went down. What I really wanted was three indoor handsets and one for the doorbell, but this was 2 and 2, and I assumed they could just use a doorbell unit as the 3rd indoor unit. When I got them I realized my mistake. A doorbell unit won't automatically broadcast communications between the indoor unit -- which makes sense. Afterall, when the girl scout comes to the door and you intercom to your wife saying "let's pretend we're not here so she goes away" you wouldn't want that conversation broadcast to the person on the doorstep! Now that I understand this, I'll have to get a third indoor unit. Besides that, it seems to work well and is very easy for them to use - exactly what I was hoping for.

I was shocked that the ring volume on the highest level is so low. At this price you’d think the ring volume would reach a pretty high decibel but at the highest level the ring volume sounds like it’s on low. I live in a two story home and I can barely hear the doorbell ringing on the receiver upstairs even when I’m upstairs unless everything is quiet. If music is going, lawn mowers are going, leaf blowers are going or I’m in a room with the door shut, it’s nearly impossible to hear. This unit is not suitable for the hearing impaired nor hearing paired. Also, the battery takes so long to charge….overnight to be exact just to only last for 2 to 3 days! For the price point, you should be getting a higher quality unit and a durable battery life and a more secure outdoor unit holder. If you’re heavy handed like I am and push too hard, the outdoor unit can easily pop out of the holder. Also the charging bases are poorly constructed. The units don’t fit snug at all. Very wobbly and not secure. There’s only one way to mount these and that’s by drilling and screwing. There’s no double sided adhesive tape for alternative mounting. I’m sending these back for a refund. I had no idea they’d be this bad.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from Wuloo. I purchased a doorbell set from this company and when I had an issue with one of the units, the customer service team was right on top of things. They replied quickly, replaced the unit with no trouble and have been nothing but fantastic with any questions I have had. The unit works great and there are online videos for any trouble shooting issues I have had. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Worked ok for 1-2 weeks to service our stores during lockdown for curbside PU. But now buttons stick on, base and door unit do not connect with new 18650 batteries changed out. Some units batteries will not hold a charge. Not recommended for Commercial or constant use.

It was easy to set up and install but it hasn't worked. At first it did for a few days, then it stopped. They claim that the exterior part can be put outside and that it's weatherproof, but it's not . Use the whole thing indoors or you are wasting your money like I did.

WE needed something for our offices for door access while our system gets installed. This doorbell system works better than we had expected so we will just keep this system for our front door main system. Little pricey however it does what is says and our office ladies feel secure with door locked and having this to confirm clients before granting access.
