Excellent product. Better tasting than almond flour for keto recipes. Love it in everything that calls for almond flour. Almond flour is too nutty. Raw Hazelnut flour is sweeter and less nutty. Works in everything that is keto.

I smelled it and did smell hazelnut and peanut. Taste was hazelnut though. It is going to work for me. Another reviewer said bitter but I didn't taste any bitter in the ground hazelnuts that I received. It did not taste like peanuts. Overall I am happy with the ground hazelnuts.

I use in place of grinding my own hazelnuts.
I have not used this for anything more than replacing the toasted-chopped-Hazelnuts in my Irish Whisky Cakes that I make every year, but I will use it in conjunction an A-P flour and try it in other baked goods. Very convenient.
