Amazing product. Does the job of filtration but does it quick, has a timer of days, and easy to use. Shame the company has closed down and also shame there are no spare filters available to buy. I had to multiple jugs instead. Have been using Jetery brand for almost a year now. Very happy with my purchase. This product puts Brita to shame as well from the price point of view.

Removes all chlorine smell and taste from the water which is why I bought it.The battery for the little display was dead on arrival and I can't seem to find a way to change it. The top part isn't water-tight so if you tilt the jug while it's still filtering water it will leak out. Not a big deal but it can be a bit annoying to have to wait for it to finish filtering before you put it back in the fridge (I have to tilt it to get it inside the fridge door as it's so large)Anyways, had it for 2months and it still filters well.

Bought this for £7.50 which is very cheap for a filter jug, then found out that the company no longer make the filters. Was going to send it back, but emailed Jetery just to confirm I wouldn’t be able to get filters. They confirmed this, but offered a partial refund of £4.00.So it’s a nicely designed jug that fits in my fridge door perfectly. I took the partial refund.

The design of the jug is excellent. But the little timer in the lid did not work, I have contacted Jetery, but heard nothing since. Also after two weeks, our kettle and steamer both started to gather line scale again. Normally when I use a water filter jug they are clear for a month. I can only assume this jug is used for the odd drink. A rather expensive one at that and the filters clearly do not last for three months as stated.

Great water filter jug. The filtered water taste fresh, sweet (if that's possible), clear and crisp.All in all a far superior product than my previous Aqua Optima water filter jug.3 July 2019:Been using this water jug for a few months now and the water is crisp and clear as when I first used it. The only downside will be the cost of the replacement filter, which is almost the price of the water jug 🤔

I bought this for an 88 year old neighbour and it comes with a large filter (just one). The filter is not very easy to get in firmly and once the jug is filled with water from the tap, the filter tends to tip or float. When pouring out water the filter tips up and it's hard to adjust through the filler hole and a faff to take off the lid each time! We eventually manged to ram the filter in firmly enough to last a few days (then it floated again). The cost of a pack of 2 filters is more than a new jug would cost and they are hard to find. Would recommend getting a jug with easily available filters.

Filters your water and makes tap water drinkable due to high level of fluoride and chlorine used to keep tap water clean and fresh it's not ideal for drinking and can cause issues to some people I definitely recommend a water filter as it cleans all the chemicals from the water and even if it only cleans 50% it's still better than drinking water from the tap

Good water jug and excellent pricing.The only problem is there is nowhere I can find in the UK to buy replacement filter cartridges for the Jetery models so beware before buying.Amazon did used to list them but not anymore.
