Wild Drinks & Cocktails

Bought this book after a webinar I saw with Emily and I'm absolute loving the variety of drinks! As an Herbalist of many years, I am amazed at the different combinations of goodness she incorporates! I especially love the syrups and the Grapefruit and Sage Kefir Water! Yum! Got my Ginger Bug going and can't wait to use it to make healthy fizzy drinks for me and my grand kids! Thank you Emily for writing this book!

It's not what I expected. I trusted the line that is was a GREAT BOOK. It's southern California basic with pretty photos.. not PNW earthy. If I saw it in a store, I wouldn't have bought it. I don't want to pay to send it back, so here it sits.

A ton of great recipes for shrubs, squashes, and a bunch more drinks I've never heard of, alcoholic and non. The author has done a deep dive through history to assemble a phenomenal collection of beverages and provides context with most, if not all of the recipes. Great book!

I love this book! They have wonderful colorful pages of the drinks and the recipes are delicious!I've tried several already and they've turned out great. I'm an herbal lover and find that I can use alot of these ingredients in her drinks. She gives substitution ideas which is also very helpful. I also like the fact that it's lightweight. One of my favoritebooks....and I have a lot!

No tonic recipes. Was a bit surprised since the from cover says there are tonic recipes.

Emily Han includes so many tips to go along with her recipes. I love the fact there are so many fresh ingredients that I can walk out my door to retrieve. If you like herbs and yummy drinks, I'd buy this book! So many pretty pictures, too:)

Really interesting book full of new ideas and recipes. It’s set out in a clear and uncluttered way and gives good advice. The recipes are easy to follow and encourage you to try different things. I would highly recommend it.

Bin beim Stöbern durch die amazon Welt über diesen Titel gestolpert und gleich bestellt. Kam dann schnell an, find ich interessant und habe bereits die eine oder andere Mischung gezaubert. In den USA gibt es halt immer wieder andere Lebensmittel dann muss man sich eben behelfen.

What a lovely book! I can't wait to start trying out these recipes and I'm going to purchase more copies for gifts. The book is lovely to look at and gives very clear instructions and information.
