Henschel Hs 129 (Spotlight ON)

Worth adding to your aviation library.

This is a beautifully produced hardback book, and is a slim volume of just 43 pages, printed on good quality paper, and with well executed colour drawings. But I was disappointed, as there are only two pages of text, and NO technical information about the aircraft at all. If you are a modeller, and wanted some help and guidance with painting and colour schemes, you will be delighted. But if you expected any technical information, or information about operational theatres, campaigns, etc - forget it. A beautiful picture book, but no meat on its lovely bones! A disappointing purchase.

Leider entspricht der Inhalt nicht dem vielversprechenden Frontcover. Die Farbprofile sind ohne visuelle Kraft. Sammler wie ich, versprechen sich gerade von solchen Publikationen Inspiration und kurze, aussagekräftige Informationen. Beides ist hier nicht vorhanden. Die Profile erscheinen Matt, Ton in Ton, irgendwie lieblos aneinandergereiht.Insgesamt für den Preis eine 3 Punktbewertung. Schade.
