Can 12 chairs be stacked together?

Technically yes, but probably would be unstable unless you tied them to something.

For those of u that had issues with legs giving out or feet marking floors, what did manufacturer do?

I have had them for 6 months. No such problem.

Where are they Manufactured? Made?

I purchased these chairs by Bonnlo and the box says that they are made in China. The quality of these chairs are very good: thick plastic, smooth and shiny chrome finish, and feet protectors that do not scratch floors, but instead they glide across them.

Can they be used as patio chairs?

I don’t know if they can be used outside I use mine around my dining table . The silver might rust if in the elements but I don’t know for sure . If you have a covered patio I think they would be great 👍 I love mine
