I was so happy to be purchasing from and supporting a small business BUT I received my NuSyllium capsules today September 1 and look at the expiration date!! It expires in 2 months! C’mon….you’ve got to be kidding!The entire bottle is at least a 35 days supply if taken according to the recommendation. I purchased it for easy usage during vacation (which isn’t for a few more months). Now I have to quickly consume this before it expires. This is NOT acceptable. Dear seller…you are giving small businesses a bad name especially when the public is trying so hard to support you. Disappointed :(

Ive suffered strong stomach issues for years. This was the only product that provided some relief. Would recommend.

I use this product to get more fiber in my diet. I also like that there is no artificial sugar substitutes in it. It is all natural

Only organic psyllium capsules I could find.Con: Size (milligrams) of each capsule is not listed. I contacted the manufacturer and was told: Each capsule has 1/2 gram (500 milligrams) of psyllium. Before I found this out, I posted a question about this in Customer questions & answers. Several answers were posted - all listing incorrect amounts.

A product that regulates your bowels no matter if you are constipated or loose. It works for both. This is a great supplement for a reasonable price.

If you dislike drinking the powder version, then this product is an option. However, keep in mind that one serving is 5 capsules and only provides 2g of dietary fiber (in other words, 5 capsules only provide 2g of dietary fiber). If you are really looking to boost your fiber intake, it may be easier and cheaper for you to use the powder version of this product. Otherwise, there has been nothing wrong with the capsules!
