Product looked like new and functioned perfect right out of the box.

Honest Opinion: Not worth the $, considering the lack of accessories needed for decent play. Be sure to order/have controllers, sensor bar, numchuks, etc. Too early to tell if console and gamepad work as ‘excellent’ refurbished, but it may help to keep in mind the brand new Wii U retailed at $249 and this is used without any bundle. Better to spend a bit more for a more recent system.

It was used instead of new.

The console and the pad work ok….But upon its arrival I noticed that the console was dirty with finger prints, smudges and spots of “dirt”. On closer inspection the ports were full of dust and who knows what else.Most irritating of all was the power cord! It was taped in several places and then after maybe 5 or 6 times using it snapped all together. So now I have to buy a new cord I’d i want to use the console.Over all since the console itself works pro can’t give it less stars. But I would not buy from this seller again. I could have got an advertised used console for less money. But I got this one thinking that it would be higher quality and there for worth the money.

Console does not start after received

Overall the system is in fine shape. All the cables are new, and the system boots and runs normally. The console had no scratches, and the gamepad casing has minor use scratches. Not the best refurbishing job, as the console was filled with dust in the vents, and the sticks are mildly yellowed, but since the White Wii U was was discontinued in 2013, 7 years ago, I can excuse it.

This was a birthday gift and when they opened it the cords looked cracked and in a need of new ones.
