This sign looks great. There are many options and affects to customize your message(s). It was easy to program. You can program with a PC by connecting to to it over wifi with included software. I do not have a PC(software not for Mac users[lose a star]), so I downloaded the phone app from the app store. I plugged in the sign and turned it on. Connected phone to sign's wifi. Download sign's parameters into app. Enter desired text and affects. Upload to sign. It was really that easy. There are a couple small plastic tabs with a hole in each that can slide along a T slot on top of the sign to hang the sign. I just received this and set it up, so I cannot speak to its durability. I will amend this review if there are any problems down the road.

Bought this sign to use and worked for 6 months now it comes on and works for a few cycles then shuts off.

Right out of the box, Programmed in 15 minutes on my phone. Great brightness and size. Highly recommend for small businesses.

Oh I so wanted to give this a 5 star review... I LOVE this sign. The software is incredibly easy to use, and you have options of wifi or using the included usb drive to program it. I think it took all of a couple minutes to get some basic scrolling text, images, etc programmed. The ability to load images, even black and white ones, is AWESOME. It really does a great job of taking those images and putting them on the LED sign.So yea... on the sign part, everything is great. It's super bright, and will get noticed.My issue is the limited mounting options. There are just two sliding pieces on top with holes for mounting. You basically have to use a wire type mount for this. There's no way to put it on a wall flush with screws, etc that I can see. Seems like an oversight on a relatively otherwise perfect sign.

We were not able to install this for 3 months but now after 3 months of usage it has died. It won't turn on at all. I doubt I can get a refund this long after purchase but will try.
