Blue by Betsey Johnson Women's SB-MARI Heeled Sandal

Gorgeous shoes! They fit correctly when I tried them on and were all I was looking for in a glam shoe for the social event of the year in San Antonio. Yet I had to sit most of the night because once I wore them for an extended period of time, the top of the shoes dug into the back of my legs where the strap wraps around the top of my ankle. I have holes in the back of both my legs. I even loosened the strap and still had this problem. So disappointing, a waste of money.

I never write reviews. I decided to do this one because I had something to compare. I got these for a wedding for my daughter. She found a smaller shoe size at a store and really loved them, but needed a bigger size. Amazon to the rescue! But it almost feels like a knock off or fake, because materials are different and there are many details that make me think these are not the real brand. The ones on the right are the bought at the store, the ones on the left are from amazon.*Sighs* Amazon is starting to feel like the flea market on my town. you never know what you'll get. Every day feels like is getting worse and worse. Or maybe the brand just went really cheap and decided to cut cost. I don't know. This is supposed to be the brand store at amazon. That is why I put 3 stars, otherwise they are just shoes to me.

The item I ordered is not what was sent- there is no silver heart on the bottom of either shoe and the strap is dirty and looks like it was added after the fact. The detailing of the stones is glued on and in some cases very obviously. Thought I was getting lucky finding my wedding shoes for this price but I guess I’ll have to purchase the real thing even though I thought i was based on the images above.

I already had my wedding shoes, but they had a pretty high heel and I knew I wouldn't be able to wear them the entire time. I found these shoes and fell in love! I love the entire Blue by Betsey Johnson line, so I was so excited to get a pair for myself. The shoe box that they came in is so pretty, and the shoes were perfect - and so sparkly in real life! I found that the heels rubbed a little bit and I didn't have a lot of time to break them in, so I added heel pads before the wedding. I wore them for my entire reception while dancing and mingling and barely sitting down, and they were so comfortable. I love them.

Ordered in black. They are more beautiful in person. They were just what I was looking for to go with a cocktail dress for an awards banquet. I saw that other people complained about the light colored shoes having dull stones but my black pair looked shiny and sparkly and pristinely wrapped in the box. However, the ankle strap on one shoe snapped off within 5 minutes of wearing them. They were buckled loosely too. I thought the buckle came undone but the strap broke on the attached end! I had to go through a long evening with a broken shoe. It appears that the strap was glued into the shoe not sewn. Also, I ordered the wide width and the toe strap was still a little snug for me. Also, perhaps because I am short at 5’1”, the back of the shoe was too high and uncomfortably rubbed the back of my ankle. I bent the top backwards away from my ankle which solved it . Despite all of this, if the strap hadn’t broke they looked very beautiful on. I will say that Amazon customer service was fantastic. They were willing to give me a full refund because the strap broke. Thanks Amazon.

The strap on one of the shoes is slightly broken, the shoes have been worn before as evidenced by the toe marks left in the shoes and worn down soles of the feet. Disappointed that this item was as much as it was for the quality that was provided, if I would have known these were used I would not have paid as much as they were listed for. This item was not listed as used.

I have yet to wear these shoes. I bought them to wear to my wedding in about 4 months. I tried them on and the buckle completely came off. This clearly shows the shoe was poorly made. I really hope the seller contacts me so I can get a replacement. This would be ideal because other than the buckle the shoes are really nice and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I can’t wear a defect shoe....

Bought these to replace a different style Blue by Betsy Johnson that I bought on Amazon (authentic, no issues) because they’re too tall for my wedding. The first pair came with a stain on the toe and were not authentic, and the replacement they sent aren’t authentic either and have stones missing on the top. There’s no silver heart logo on the bottoms and there is supposed to be a blue tag sewn inside the sole on the real ones, not a written logo. They are also supposed to be in a blue box with a glitter blue lid, not the black box they came in and there were no extra stones included. I guess I will take my business elsewhere and get the real ones for the same price.

Pretty and very sparkly.I ordered wide fit but more like standard. Stiff Strap across feet, so very painful to wear as you attempt to walk in it unfortunately.Sadly had to return.

Got wide fit and they are perfect.....make a long dress, short dress or trouser look great.....Statement shoes for someone who is a size 8 and of a large frame. compliments in abundance.....Love them. NOW to find the matching bag lol

They look lovely but got standard fit 8 instead of wide like the black/silver pair which I love..A statement shoe. If you have slim feet, perfect - If your feet are a little broader, then it's wide for for real comfort.

They look like Cinderella shoes, the only difference that make this not original is the little heart under the shoes. In the pictures it shoes the heart but in person there’s no heart. It doesn’t really matter as no one will see it. Overall they look gorgeous.

I got these shoes for my wedding. They looked beautiful online here but when they arrived they look cheap. Missing stones and the stones look dirty. I was trying to find a spot to email or message the company but can’t find how. Not too happy for the price I paid.
