My husband is paralyzed, and my caregivers and I have tried many different briefs. These work best as they do not tear as you pull them to reach around the patient. Easier to get off and on than most others. When he was in the hospital I took these for the nurses to use because they were so much better than the one's they had to use provided by the hospital. While there is more lenght to the waist material than I need, the one size smaller is too short for comfortable wearing, extra large is workable. Needs a little better design.

Use these on my 280 lb paralyzed brother. Fit is true; adhesives work well; sturdy, though not particularly soft--still, better than "good enough", especially for the price. Delivery is always very quick!
