I got this for my toddler's second birthday to keep her from whacking things while trying to sweep with the big broom. She was super excited ("a broooom!") and grabbed everything to start cleaning the dining room immediately. I picked this one mostly on aesthetics, because it's cute and looks fairly realistic and isn't all primary colors all the time the way most cleaning sets (...or anything aimed at toddlers) seem to be. I'm very pleased. It seems moderately sturdy for normal use (and occasionally riding the broom around like a horse), and the pieces are functional (well, we haven't tried the mop with water). The pieces and stand assemble in literal seconds, and -- best of all -- if you don't want another noise-making toy, you can just not add on the piece that plays music. The stand looks entirely finished and lovely without it, and my child doesn't even know that it's "supposed" to be musical.

I wanted a clean up set for my childcare but, most sets made of wood don't have the option to replace the heads or wash them. This set is very easy for my children to use, and I can remove the cleaning clothes and pop them in the washer. They are loved and used. You do not have to attach the music box either, which we didn't or else that's all we would hear all day...lol! Beautiful, practical, easy to use, wooden, and washable parts....win, win, win, win and WIN in my book!

Overall, this product is great. I love that is it more neutral colors as I can’t stand looking at a bunch of random colors all over my house. I like for most of my daughters toys to blend with the decor, helping me to enjoy and feel relaxed in our space with my toddler. I actually painted some of the teal wood features white and it is SO cute. My only issue is that the music button on top, one of my daughters favorite features, is very cheaply made, and works inconsistently.It worked for two clicks out of the box, then wouldn’t work at all, we got replacement batteries thinking that was the issue, which it may have been part of it, but changing the battery only sort of fixed the problem. It is so cheaply made that pushing it down doesn’t always engage the mechanism that starts the song, and sometimes if the song stars, it only plays for a moment and then stops again. Big bummer as this is one of the fun features of this product, but overall still worth the money for how cute and fun it is for your child to have her own tools to “help” with household chores.

I love the look of this product, the wood has a great feel, and I like that it can be used with or without the music. However, we had to glue the mop together ourselves (the little pin kept falling out) and the screw in the base broke off of the stand after about a month of use (my son liked to pick it up and carry it around, but was not rough). Also, the hand broom/dust pan are much flimsier than the wood items but can also be more easily replaced.

They look exactly the same as the pictures. Pieces are solid and easy to put together. You can take the mop off and throw it into the washer when it gets dirty. As for the duster, I’m not able to take it off. It’d be perfect if it has Velcro or elastic as the mop. It is very easy to start and stop the music by just pushing the top of the stand. My 3 and half yr old daughter has been sweeping the floor and dusting around the house while I’m writing this review~ She’s having a great time and loving this toy that actually can be used to do some real cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. PROS: The size and weight is good for toddlers. I also appreciate that the duster has a piece of foam glued to the core because my toddler has swatted her siblings with it a few times, and it does dampen the blow quite a bit. I also like that the cloth part of the duster and mop can be removed for washing.CONS: EVERYTHING ELSE. Very VERY poorly constructed, all the holes have been drilled crooked so it’s not possible to get a flush fit between two pieces. The stand is pretty terrible and I think it’s missing a piece because there’s no way to screw the pole into the base despite there being hardware to do so on the pole and a slot for receiving hardware in the base. I’m going to have to super/gorilla/wood glue it in. Even little details like the peg holding the broom together are not flush and it looks sloppy. The dustpan is already broken; my 20 month old has played with it once and she is by no means hard on her toys. Lastly, there’s a little music box on the top of the stand that stopped working the second time I pressed on it on Christmas Day. I am THOROUGHLY disappointed in this product, I wish I could return it but I purchased it over a month ago because I was worried there would be no toys for Christmas because of the supply chain disruptions. Save your money and look elsewhere

My daughter REALLY loved this toy, especially the music.The really disappointing thing was it was broken within about 20 minutes of opening the box.It was simple enough to put together, you do need a very small screwdriver that it doesn’t come with.Which was frustrating but I managed with a pair of scissors.Once my daughter started playing with it the places where the screws attack the stand to top and the bottom had broken or cone completely loose.Ok, that’s fine I guess it wasn’t high priced or maybe it’s not truly intended for small children?That’s fine, I just super glued it.Problem solved.Then within the next 10 minutes or so the top piece completely stopped producing music.First it was finicky, it only worked about every third time I pressed it.Then it just stopped working all together.Really disappointed because at first sight it was this great you my daughter loved SO much.Wish it was made better, or at the very least that the music box component worked!

This is the nicest little cleaning set I have ever seen. I have 5 daughters, and every set I bought over the years were very flimsy and broke within a couple of months. Now I have 2 granddaughters, I purchased this set for a Christmas present. The 3 year old cleans with it daily. They are sturdy and actually do clean. (Which is a plus) I wish they had them in the true size.
