Do-it-Yourself Solar and Wind Energy System: DIY Off-grid and On-grid Solar Panel and Wind Turbine System Paperback – February 26, 2015

This is a great starter book with clear explanations and a lot of good pictures. It helped me a lot in understanding how to set up a system that included wind energy. The chapters were short but concise giving a firm starting point for anyone interested in having an off-grid system. Now that I have a reasonably firm grip on the language of photovoltaics, it's time to dig deeper and more in depth study before launching into home power production! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who might have the same questions I had before reading this.

i got this book to learn about solar and how to build one and it does give you step by step but no much in detail. but over all it a good read and very informational to get a ideal how solar work and know it safe in a process to build one.

I was happy Eric took the time to explain AND have videos available. It does help seeing it first hand!!

Not enough information on 48 volt system.

good useful information for the person just starting

All the information provided in the book can be easily found online with basic searches. The book is basically just a recap of videos the author posted on YouTube. Not worth the money.

Good information but like other people said unless your going to biuld one exactly like this it's not real helpful.
