Or cheap and nasty would be another suitable expression. Arrived scratched & dented, the base quite badly out of true, the white paint scratched in many places. The rubber moulding has been bodged on because the base isn't straight and the moulding was therefore damaged in factory assembly.The bolts holding the handle were not tightened and one nut was missing. The castor bases don't line up well with the bolt-holes in the body and it's very fiddly to get each set of last two bolts in. The bolt heads are a strange size - a 13mm socket is too small and the 14mm starts to slip under pressure of tightening. The retaining bar for the handle doesn't sit properly in the open position (it doesn't drop far enough of its own will) and had to be gently hammered into place only for it then to need considerable force to release! Judging by the scratches, 'quality control' had a few goes at making it work but then passed it anyway!Not worth the hassle of returning (why would a replacement be any better?) and it has been made to work, hopefully it will last a few loads...

you get what you pay for...It does the job, however, there are a couple of things that you need to consider.1) Tighten up all the bolts! I lost one through usage. The bolts felt had tight2) U need a 14 mm spanner or socket.. the latter on an extension made fitting the wheels and tightening the bolts3) There are no anchor points for attaching elastic straps or ratchet straps to secure your load. I have drilled some holes on the underside4) Don't be precious about the paint work. It scratches easily
