Raindrops Candy Gummy Sushi Bento Box (2 Pack(21 Piece))

I’ve now bought this a few times, each as part of a gift for kids. I try not to buy and endorse chemical, food coloring laden crap - but kids like stuff like this so it’s always a balancing act and a real effort to *try* and give them something they want but without giving them all those things I don’t want to poison them with. After much searching, I was surprised to only find 1 food color source in this product- BLUE 1 - which I don’t like at all, but it’s far less than most unless I go organic but they don’t make stuff that looks like sushi! Anyway, this uses primarily fruit and vegetable juice for color, paprika, turmeric and also beeswax. Not bad for candy.Bonus, everyone says that all the components actually taste good and it is a nice display of bento work. I saw other reviews complained about the pieces having shifted in shipping. Lighten up! I get that’s not as nice a presentation (and it hasn’t happened to any that I’ve received) but when you open it you simply right the pieces in their spots and voila! Problem solved...Ingredients List:sugar, glucose syrup, high fructose corn syrup, wheat flour, corn starch, water, gelatin, contains less than 2 percent of: sorbitol, dextrose, concentrated grape juice, glycerin, citric acid, vegetable oil (palm and coconut oil), natural and artificial flavors, food starch-modified (potato), malic acid, beeswax, lactic acid, colors (caramel, paprika oleoresin, carmine, turmeric), sodium citrate, mono- and diglycerides, pectin, fruit and vegetable juices for color, fumaric acid, ascorbic acid, tocopherols, blue 1, carnauba wax, sheanut oil.

I ordered this on Monday and got it yesterday but it was so melted that it all ran together and was hard to open and this is the end result. I am completely disappointed in how much this cost and this is what happened.

So cutely packaged. Gummies are great tasting and there are marshmallows under a few of the gummies that are good too. This would be a wonderful gift for someone! I purchased this for my 5 and 13 year old and they had so much fun looking through and eating all the different gummies. The packaging also allows you to close and seal up the candy so you can finish it later.

This paired with chopsticks made a cute Christmas present for my sons. The execution is adorable, so well done. The taste is about what you'd expect from novelty candy. The size is impressive though, which for 12 bucks, I was glad to see. Wouldn't normally pay so much for sweets but kids have wanted these from vat19 for awhile now. Shipping with Amazon is amazing though and usually cheaper or free.

My 8 year old bought this with money she earned she was super excited to recieve it and open it and to her dismay they do not taste good at all just a warning to others cute shipped fast tastes like crap lol

Bought this for the DD, who let me sample some of it. We both enjoyed it! There was a lot of attention to detail in the ways the various elements of the bento box were put together and quite a bit of variety in texture and flavor.

Only thing my daughter asked for from Santa this year was gummy sushi. Amazon to the rescue! This pack of gummy sushi was so cool and realistic, even down to the little candy fish eggs. My daughter was so excited when she opened it and thought Santa had cooked it up just for her. Tasted like cherry licorice and cola candy.
