This was a gift for my great-nephew. There's nothing to dislike about it.

Fisher-Price have found a way to create a child's construction toy that offers the ability to connect the base pieces but minimises plastic by introducing wooden tracks that connect via plastic connectors and it even has sturdy felt in the shape of the tree canopy. There are other kits and kids can use their imagination to build a little world of interactive kits.The toys are in colours that appeal to all and I've watched related YouTube videos it's easy to put these together and you are not limited to combining them simply to match the image on the box. Wooden building pillars double as road tracks, tree trunks etc and the plastic is sturdy and used to make the wooden and felt elements more versatile.

Being a mummy of 4 - Fisher Price is like part of the family as they are such a well know brand which we love in this house (I have still got some toys from when I was younger - 25 plus years old)I have never heard or saw this type of toy before so I couldn’t wait for it to come - Fisher-Price Wonder Makers Design System Beach Bungalow, Building & Track Set, Multicoloured priced at £24.99 (average price for a Fisher price toy)It’s a toy for pre schoolers (3+) it comes with 35+ pieces so you can build a beach house or anything you like it comes with things like wooden track pieces, links, characters, surf board and vehicles and the list just goes on and on.It comes complete with a makers instructions which is so easy to follow but if your kids are anything like mine they prefer to build there own creations.It’s very well made just like what you expect for a fisher price toy comes presented in a lovely box which kids would play with for hours - that’s just the box.I think we may build on this collection as it’s a fab toy and could be passed down or kept for other members of the family.

This is a great set - and the qiuality is very good as you would expect from Fisher-Price. Suitable for pre-school - but actually the flexibity makes it suitable for older children as well. This will likely outlast all your kids and will be a well loved set. Highly recommended.

What a thoughtfully designed STEM building set that will inevitably last years and will serve very well as a hand-me-down. Very good, strong, sturdy pieces, packaged in a giftable box.The skills taught by exploring toys like this are essential and transferable throughout your children's lives which will follow them into their chosen careers.Skills such as problem solving, lateral thinking and critical thinking. There's no better form of learning in childhood than learning through play.My son is big on complicated STEM (challenge-your-mind) construction sets, particularly Lego technic. This set is very akin to a good starter set for a young mind before transitioning onto the 1000+ pieces, Lego technic sets as he or she gets older which offer difficulty and skill for adults and children alike. My son reveres the challenge.I buy them as an occasional reward for good school work.All in all I recommend this well designed and durable set which should see you through a succession of children!

This is a great set for young children (3+) to begin playing with construction toys. The pieces can be used to either make a track or a building. The track option is somewhat reminiscent of the old wooden train sets that we used to have ourselves, albeit that the cars fit over the tracks rather than on them. The options for building different things are great, depending on each child's imagination, particularly when combined with other sets. A whole village can be built when other sets are purchased and connected together. In terms of value for money; at the usual retail price, I would say that this represents excellent value, considering the size of the set and the amount of play that can be had with it.

Fisher Price Wonder Makers Design System Beach Bungalow, Building & Track Set.I was really pleased to receive this amazing play set today.You can either make different variations or a house/bungalow or use the wooden pieces to crate a track for the toy car which is brilliant. This makes the set truely unisex as it can be played with in so many different way and there is something great to create for any child. This set comes with a nice amount of accessories and I can see kids having hours and hours of fun playing with these. There are different play sets that you can purchase separately to match this one and are compatible.I can only recommend this toy play set and no batteries needed which is always a bonus.
