Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this item back in May, so I have had plenty of time to try it and use it before posting this review.The truth is that I wasn’t expecting much due to the price... But this little machine has left me impressed!PROS-Obviously the cost!-Very straightforward to use-Easy control buttons (On button turns the machine on and then you keep pressing whilst choosing the mode you wish – insensitive buttons on either side-Off button obviously turns it off 😅)– Plenty of modes to choose from from 1 to 10 in intensity- Adhesive pads already on (unlike others I have tried these are actually sticky and have remained sticky for quite a long time, please bare in mind I’ve even been using it during summer time)-Individual controls on all three parts. This means you can use the abs pad on its own, one arm pad on its own or the other or of course all three. This is great when one arm muscle is more developed than the other and you have to stimulate the other one more.– You do get results! But obviously you need to put some effort on your behalf, drink loads of water and follow a healthy diet. Yes, yes, yes I know everyone says the same, but it’s true! I have seen my abs much more defined, which for a mother of five it’s very hard. But I have also put the hard work, I’ve done a healthy diet, gone to the gym, drank plenty of water and use this machine every night whilst watching TV before going to bedSo if we stuff ourselves with a whole family size pizza and then put this on, obviously it will not do anything! 🙈🤣😉– Good battery life. I have been using three months straight on a daily basis and I have just had to replace the batteries now, so you don’t have to worry about spending a lot of money.– It comes with replacement pads! So you covered for a good amount of time without having to spend any more money. Once you finish the replacement ones, pads do sell really cheap on AmazonCONSNone reallyCOULD/WOULD PERSONALLY IMPROVE I would love for the two arm pads to actually work on buttocks too.That would be amazing!Specially because they’re individual and if whilst working out you get one buttock that develops more than the other (usually the buttock from the non-dominant leg) this pads would be ideal. Unfortunately they don’t work. But I knew this when I bought it so I can’t really complain. Would I buy again?YesWould I recommend?For its price and its results... Yes!

First impression when received, came in tiny package, looked cheap and basic. Power unit is so small you would not think much of it. I made a mistake thinking I would need to apply (spare) gel pads when it was already there. Made a mess out of it. I was about to give up trying to apply it and first use. Then it all came together. Yes I did read the manual but not explained in detail it first use. Finally once all set it proved me wrong on all levels. This tiny unit is packing some serious punch. Is very effective and does the job. My only wish being a large bloke the tummy pad could be bigger or at least have a choice of different sizes to choose from. I use it after gym to top up and finish my training in comfort of home. For the price I recommend it.

Got to be honest I was skeptical to say the least.. Now I train 4-5 times a week, high intensity and weights, so I bought these for periods I wasn't training.. The concept and design would work if they actually stuck to the parts you want them to! I've not got small arms however, they are not massive however, the pads just simply won't stick, I have to sit with both my arms out in front, and after a while this is irritating as I cannot move around. Same story with the abs pad.. to be fair I have got hair :-) so again, I have to sit rather flat on a chair. Not ideal as I wanted to use on the move around the house, not sit in the same position for 1/2 hour.. Perhaps a wrap for both abs and arms to prevent them falling off when moving would be an idea.. Will continue to work hard in the Dojo and Gym.

Compared to others I looked at, I found this to be the cheapest for what it offered. It is easy to use and keeps in place on my abs. Definitely works as the next day I can feel my muscles aching. No pain no gain and all that!

Useless did not work will not buy this and trying to return the same item asking me for QR code and the delivery was made by Amazon but they are asking for Hermes reference I give up put my head in the sand

I have used this abs stimulator for few days.It's very convenient.You can use it anywhere that you are going.I think use it after going to the gym maybe it will get better results.I would highly recommend it.
