My husband's favorite
My husband loves this bag. He keeps some of his tools on it and has enough space for everything. Great quality too

plenty of pockets, would be better if you could have inserts so you can split 1 pocket into 2,
Good bag all round. below i have listed what i think on this bag (this is my opinion on what i need the bag to do) may not be for everyone.Good: 1 plenty of pockets 2 good quality zips (plastic, but still pretty strong) 3 the zips go to the bottom (on most compartments) so does not put to much strain on them 4 each compartment has enough room for most items i need (i am a gas engineer)Would be better if: 1 could do with 1 more main compartment (so could could put my FGA in) 2 would be nice if it had internal spacers so you could make the bigger sizes into say 2 or 3 smaller compartments, also would be nice if in turn could open up some of the smaller pockets to make the small pockets into 1 larger 1, i have about 7 or 8 small pockets that are no use for me, 3 maybe a pouch on the back that you could fold the backpack straps into. i would pay a bit more for that. The reason i have not put max stars on all of the choices, is that i have only had for about 6 - 8 weeks, but am well happy so far.i have tried about 5 packs from stanley to Veto, but this is far better (and a lot cheaper)

overall better than some pretty good value for money
PRO'sVery roomeyvery accessible and easier to keep tools tidy and in there place than other tool rucs that i have used and i have used quite a few over the last 20 or so years.Infact typically i empty the tool sac out at the end of the week to tidy through it and sort the tools out into their correct location. Definitely did this with my old stanley. Had this a while now and I think i have only tidied it up once, shows how easy it is to keep it tidierSeems to be holding up to the job, i carry a fairly full and heavy load in itGreat bang for buck valueCONSIf you don't quite zip the large inner pouches fully up they can come undone while walking from the van to the job, especially when trying to climb over things or be in weird postures. You can hear the zip starting to unwind and then have to act quickly to stop one of the main pouches opening. Or at least until you get in the habit of fully zipping them closed. (The stanley zip was stiffer so did not do this).I intend sewing a velcro tab onto the zip this would easily solve the issueIt doesn't have a solid flat base so it doesn't sit upright, tends to lean forward for me, however I don't really find this an issue. The outside side storage is small and pretty much useless. Yes you could put some small screwdrivers in there, maybe a utility knife but most likely they would fall out. A much bigger side pouch with a velcro fastening cover would be a great improvement here. Something big enough to put say some leak detector fluid in or a manometer or a small tub of screws.Overall the build quality is not as good as the stanley but its good enough----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'm a gas/white goods field service engineer. So I carry a large selection of screwdrivers, torx, spanners, test meters, sockets, oddball tools, electrical crimps, insulation tape, plumbers adjustable spanner, a large 12" adjustable spanner, fuses, and a couple of tubs of screws, washers, nuts, bolts leak detection fluid, a large rolled up protection sheet.. the list goes on and I get it all in and not quite bursting at the seams. If i want too, i can also get a decent 18v drill in there but don't normally carry it, too much weightPrevious to this had a stanley tool rucsac. The layout is better than the stanley, I didnt like the pull out tool holder in the stanley, it just seemed to get clogged up when i threw stuff in and could never easily see what i had in there. This is much more accessible, easier to keep tidy and much easier to put the tool back into its place.Just above the outer lower pouch at the back is an expandable pouch, its not really obviousd in the photo, I usae this to hold my meters, megger and multimeter which it does nicely. This is the only toolsac i have used that can store the meters safely on the outside making much easier access to them. I store the meter test leads in one of the outer upper velcro fastened pouchesI use the main rear storage pouch for my goto tools and the other section closer to my back for sundries and oddball toolsI dont use the side storage at all, seems pretty useless to me

Plenty of room for your tools and easy to carry
I found this tool bag is good value for the money it’s well made and the room inside and the way it is set out is idle for carrying tools around from one job to another very happy with it

Poor Quality
Seldom write reviews but this bag is not built to last. especially as a tool bag. The zip is cheap and splits apart from the bottom of the bag regularly. I nearly lost all my tools down an escalator on my way to work, fortunately the gentlemen behind me alerted me and held my bag whilst i took it off my shoulders otherwise it would have been a disaster and likely dangerous. The shoulder straps are starting to come away and i have only had the bag for 6 months.

Great backpack tool bag
I have this bag over a year and I have to say I am surprised how good it is. I use it everyday mostly for carrying electrical tools such as drivers ,snips multi-meter and paper work and find it excellent to use with plenty of space and pockets for tools. The straps are strong and comfortable and the chest clip secures the bag nicely. I was using an over the shoulder bag and was cautious to switch to the backpack style but so glad I did. The tool bag is great quality , comfortable to use with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this bag and plan on buying it again.

Can carry heavy stuff
Perfect for an advancing home DIYer who wants to upgrade from a smaller bag.Currently carrying ~15 KGs, including a heavy electric drill.Bad reviews about zips, fabric had me worried but haven't faced those issues myself, yet, in ~3 months since purchase.
