This ice pack is great for knee pain relief. The two straps help to keep it in place while up moving around the house or just sitting on the couch. The gel wrapping completely around my knee felt almost like an ice water bath. The cold is long-lasting and helps with chronic knee pain. This is the second ice pack from this company I've purchased and I would recommend anything from them.

All the Elasto-Gel products I have purchased work great to ice down sore joints and muscles. The secure easily and stay cold for the necessary 20 minutes.

Just a really great (yet simple) design. Makes my daughters post VB practice icing much easier and less messy (ie no leaking ice bags!). Also no hands needed to hold in place so she can do homework at same time. Solid product!!

Get's the cold nice and deep into and all around the knee.I'm a big boy and this fit well.Only negative I could say is that it only holds the cold for about 15-20 minutes.Enough time for what it should be used for , but it then takes about an hour or two so to get it cold enough to use again.The problem is that the cold feels so good, you want to continue wearing more than the medically recommended 15-20 minutes an hour!!I would suggest buying two.This way one is always cold and ready for use.

Bought this at physical therapist recommendation after knee replacement, was vast improvement over the ice packs sent home from hospital with, was easy to use independently and provided good relief after exercise. Highly recommend after any knee surgery or injury. Does take longer than ice packs to freeze the gel pack.

Recovering from knee replacement this is one of my favorite of 3 types of ice packs. This one because of it's flexibility and will wrap all the way around the knee. While it may not hold the cold as long as some others, that is one reason I like it because it means I can take it directly out of freezer wrap the knee (with a pantleg underneath, and then fall asleep at night knowing that the icing effect will last long enough and then slowly cool down so you are not icing longer than is healthy.

I like that the wrap covers the whole knee, but I wish I could walk around with it ( like the description stated), but it slides out of place.. overall it does what it’s meant to do as long as your leg is elevated.
