Are the keys weighted or is it too small of a keyboard to have any sort of weight on the keys? (I have a crappy keyboard and the keys feel very cheap

the keys are not weighted. they're "semi-weighted" which simply means they use a tougher spring to simulate the heaviness of a piano key. it feels like a synth as in they still snap back up when you release them.

What is a good gig bag or case to fit this keyboard?

Does the midi out port supply power to midi devices hooked to the umx610? would the umx610 power a bluetooth midi transmitter, for example?

MIDI is only a communication protocol. Out of the five pins only three are used. One is for transmitting, another for receiving, and the other is ground. You can't power things up with MIDI like you can with USB. USB supplies 5vdc on one pair of pins, MIDI does not.
