Great tool for the right job; grass trimming
I found this to be perfect for what I needed. I have a garden with deer netting around it. I needed an easy way to trim the grass that would grow around the edges. A weed whacker was too imprecise given other plants and potential damage to the netting. This was perfect. Don't expect to cut significant stalks of woody weeds (about a pencil width). Get a weed whacker for that. For light duty grass trimming, it's great. I also used it for a final harvest of peas, cutting the base of the plants so I could sit in a chair and remove the pods. I'd give it 5 stars if the blades wouldn't lock when they encounter too much resistance. Once, one of the tines bent just slightly causing the blades to lock in place and I had to hammer it out straight again (easy enough). But that's also when I was learning what this tool could do. At other times when it locks up, tapping it on the ground seems to resolve that problem. I wouldn't consider this a significant problem. I haven't used the hedge trimmer attachment

Almost powerful enough
Very well designed, quite versitle. If it come across something too thick it locks up. If it were just a bit more powerful, I'd give it 5 stars. But for the price and versatility I give it a very strong 4 stars. I've only used it 6 times, so I have no reference to durability or longevity of battery. I'll update if unsatisfied but consider it going well if no updates.

A good solution for us
My husband does not write reviews and this trimmer possibly rates 5 stars but he really likes it and he seldom expresses and opinion on such things. It is saving his arthritic hands where hand trimming is required so I thought credit should be given for a product that is getting a lot of satisfactory use.

No replacement parts available.
Good battery life and so far has stayed sharp. However, no customer support if you would like to replace the blades or other parts.

IMPORTANT ADVICE ON NOT RUINING THIS TOOL
This trimmer worked GREAT...until it stopped. Well, naturally it stops when the battery runs down. But if you continue to re-press the trigger when that happens to get just a bit more work done, YOU RUIN THE BATTERY! And despite claims of a one year warranty on the battery, there's no info on how to get a free replacement, who to contact, etc. Besides, your claim would likely be denied because the instruction manual states, "WARNING: Do not continue to press the On/Off switch after the machine has been automatically switched off. The battery can be damage [sic]." I mistakenly believed that my thumb had slipped off the safety when the trimmer stopped, not recognizing that it was a signal that the battery needed charging. So for those of you who, like me, fail to study instruction manuals (or haven't read my review), you're likely to ruin the battery as I did. And the replacement battery will run you $18.99!

We both enjoyed working with it and the job finished much faster
This little tool got the job done. We both enjoyed working with it and the job finished much faster. We forgot to charge it before we needed it for the 1st time but the charge it came with was plenty for the 45 minute job.

Works as advertised
It works great! The dual levers to make it work are unnecessary. Give it a spritz of silicone after each use and it'll ;ast for a long time

I love this tool!
I use it for trimming edges and "sculpting" my rosemary etc. bushes. Charge lasts for about as long as I do (at age 67) but does take much longer to recharge than I do (too long IMHO). I did get a long handle attachment, but rarely use it, so I'm back on the knees or bending most of the time, as it's easier to use that way, even if it's harder on the anatomy. I would actually consider getting a second one to use while the other is re-charging (we have a big garden).

Twistable handle nice feature.
Only used once so far this season and the charge was good. I like it that you can turn the handle right or left so the cutting blades are vertical whilst your hand is horizontal.

Battery operated small grass and shrub trimmer good for grass limited for shrubs.
Good for grass but limited in power when used for hedge or shrub trimming. The start buttons can be a little awkward ,in particular for my wife who has a smallish hand.
