If you want to feel the burn of something working this is your product - the sweat is great producing too- I wish the tubes were bigger though.

What I will say about it is I just applied it, just took it out of the box and applied it it is a very warm sensation and I put my waist cinching belt over the top. I took before pictures I'll take after pictures in a month. All of the reviews on the product look very good I have lost 33 lb I went from 163 down to 130. I am 5 ft 2 in female so I want to lose about five more pounds and then I think that would be good. So far I like the way the product feels.

I use this with a neoprene wrap. Careful not to put too much because it does have a somewhat intense burning sensation.

I have ordered this product a second time. It seems to be working.

This product tingled literally burned my skin off I did the lying skin test no reaction but once I applied some and wrapped my abdomen after two uses just uncomfortable then started feeling Intense tingling as if little pins wee being poked inside of my skin it was horrible...so I said let me stop using it because it's not what I expected from a sweat/slimming cream.Two days later bumps started to form on my sides and stomach where I applied the cream, then for the last week the rash expanded and itched so bad...I've have to use hydrocortisone to help and it's been helping I'm still experiencing symptoms I would never buy a slim/sweat cream no matter the brand because of this reason and the fear it may happen again.It says it's "natural" well sorry natural items don't or should not cause any reaction at all. I'm upset at the fact that this has happened to me I already have insecurities about my stomach after having a child (not stretch marks just the fat areas) and this has made it worse!Do not buy unless you want your skin to burn literally and you like the feeling of pins sticking you ! My stomach and rashes and buns are the same as the other people's reviews who complained about the cream too which is why I didn't post any pictures of my stomach or sides.

Yes it creates a burn. I just started using so I don’t know about losing any inches. I’m using twice a day so we will see.

Too early early to tell yet it's only been a couple days it says it takes 2 months at least
