We choose to print these plates in our Fort Mill, SC facility because of two reasons. We can control the quality of the print and the quality of the ink. We use a highly specialized ink formulated to adhere to this specific material. The collar opening allows for a snug fit on the bar eliminating the loose fit bumpers can have. The hardness of the material is ideal to the Olympic weightlifter's preference. When dropped these plates dead blow with little bounce. Nothing is more annoying than "chasing" bumper plates that bounce all over the platform.
