I like the product, I really like the concept of wireless even though it can be a bit choppy at times on playback. The picture is very good and when you compare it to the pics you see on TV when they ask you to help identify someone, this is 1000x better! I haven't used all the functionality so I can't speak for everything but for the things I have used it's been great.

CAMERA SYSTEM IS GOOD, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Amazing Surveillance System!! The picture is crystal clear during the day and also very good at night time when night vision is automatically activated. The system itself is very easy to navigate and setup motion detection on all the cameras. Tech support are very knowledgeable and reliable if any problems are encountered during the installation of your new system. The amazing support and greatness of the picture quality is why I’m giving this phenomenal product a five stars.

I really liked this system for the 1st few days, and then it started having issues. If you put the cameras around the outside of your house, locate the main unit in a room with a lot of windows. There's a camera not 20 feet from the unit, that gets spotty wireless reception. All of them cut in and out, it's not like I'm living in a mansion.Today I needed to recover some video, and discovered that the rain we had must have messed with the signal. During the showers (no thunder or lightning, just rain), the video is unusable. Either blank spots in the recording or super grey pixelated boxes, presumably due to insufficient bandwidth, likely from the interference of the rain. The camera I needed was not in the rain at all, but the signal was still bad during this period. So bad that I do not have any of the evidence that I needed. This system will not be going with us to our new house.They tell you that you can use this on a mobile phone. Do not be fooled. There's nothing that comes from this company for your phone. They do suggest using software from a 3rd party. The reviews for that software are not good at all. It works ok once you learn the magic tap dance.

This camera system is great. I was easy to install and pretty much just worked without any requiring any technical skills. Make sure you use the correct app for the type of phone you have, EseeCloud for iPhone and IP pro for Android. So far, I can’t really fault it, hopefully they hold up for many years. Surprising, the customer service is actually very good and responds within a few hours if you have any issues.

Great cameras. Beautiful picture. However, I don't allow the cameras around my personal property to connect to the Cloud or to the internet, which is the only way you'll be able to see these other than a direct connection. I returned them. They were very gracious.

Please provide the product with an updated complete catalog / Instruction manual.
