I have one leg shorter than the other and needed some form of lift in the short leg’s foot. I’ve purchased some heal lifts in the past that were hard plastic but were fairly flexible in configuring the thickness of the lift needed. This is the first time I’ve use these and I am very happy with them. You get eight inserts, 4 black and 4 clear. They are thick In the heal and get thinner as you go towards the toes. There’s also an easy to remove adhesive on each insert allowing you to combine multiple inserts to deliver the lift height that you need. Unlike the harder lifts I’ve used in the past, these are very flexible, almost gel like, and provide a comfortable, additional padding in your shoe. I highly recommend this product.

While these are really quite comfortable, they compress too much for me...so much so that I needed to add one more layer in my shoe. They would make awesome heel cushions though.

Been using them for a couple months. Quality seems very good. The adhesive slipped a little but easily put it back in place and it stayed put.

After a knee replacement, a tiny difference in length of legs led to hip and back aches. This is a godsend and a perfect solution. An assortment that can equip all my left shoes easily...even sandals. Thank-you!

Too wide for small womens shoes

I like because I can adjust the height to increase walking comfort for my leg length discrepancy.I find these much better then the pads that are s set size. My limp is less noticeable.

I will be buying more when these are done.

Starting to get used to them my left leg is now the same length as my right Asked me the question in a few months again
