Fes Grace 1 Ounces

Grace is one of my favorite FES Flourish Formulas. When I apply, I feel myself lifted into a state of peace, clarity and joy. Thank you, FES!

I have almost the entire FES line and they've come in handy for everything from trips out of country, to friends in crisis, to my two teenager's ups and downs. This one, GRACE, I use when I'm having a painful menstrual cycle or when I need to be more compassionate and understanding instead of critical and bulldozing. It has more of a scent and flavor than some of the others but it's pleasant and very mild. I've taken it to my women's support group. It seems to balance out extremes and sort of chill out what can be hormonal behavior. It's also a nice balance for males who aren't in touch with their feminine side. To help them open a little more and empathize instead of fix. I'm telling you, these FES sprays are the bomb. I use essential oils too but if you must choose, the FES or single Bach essences are more effective for emotional support. The most used FES sprays I have are Fear-Less, (It helps before public speaking, calms anxious dogs, aids falling asleep alone in a dark house after a scary movie, and soothes that friend who's always freaking out about everything because he watches the news.) and Yarrow Environmental Solution, which minimizes the effects of fluorescent lighting-I call them angry lights-, helps you feel less toxic from people, food, chemicals, electronics, ect. I also use it for spiritual clearing and found it works better than sage.)
