Inexpensive Way To Extend Life of Expensive Shower Head
Works as it should. The shower head will last for many years, but the o-rings in this piece eventually wear out. An inexpensive way to extend the life of an expensive shower head. Installation is easy too. Hope this helps.

It fit and it works great
I was iffy at first when I bought this. For me, it was very pricey for such a small item that is mostly plastic. Only at the initial search was there a picture of the hand-shower mount, so I wasn't sure of what I was getting. I was happy to see that it was the correct item and it arrived in two days after I ordered it.All-in-all, the hand-shower mount fit and works great.

Buy only if you have Grohe hose. Don't buy if you are using another brand hose.
I would not buy this for any brand hand shower, only Grohe hoses. The sleeve to hold the hand shower in is perfectly sized for Grohe hoses. So if you have a Grohe hose, then buy this. If you have other brands, buy something else.Yes it's plastic, but so are most of the Grohe hand shower heads. If you know its plastic, you know to handle it gently and not crack it.There is a tightening ring to make sure it doesn't droop down and stays at the angle you want. So don't listen to the other reviewers about this. If you had a very heavy hand shower head then maybe it might still droop. But with a large plastic Grohe in the mount, it stays up.Does its job and mates with Grohe hoses perfectly. No complaints

Plastic, very poor quality
Trust me, you do NOT want to install this, it is plastic (Really Grohe, you should disclose that) and won't hold the shower head in place. Try and tighten it and the plastic breaks. You want to purchase the all metal (brass) with chrome finish Jaclo 8023 PCH Shower mount, it's available from Amazon Prime.

Just what you need with no guesswork.
Far better than the negative reviewers would have you believe. Has been installed 4 months and still super nice with mo problems whatsoever. Hand-tight and you’re good to go.
