Watch stopped working after 1 week!! Wouldn’t charge or turn on! Flashlight would come on and wouldn’t turn off as well. GPS tracker was way off too. Said she was 2 blocks from where she was. No clear instructions on how to use the watch either. Couldn’t figure out how to add and save phone numbers. You’re only able to send a text through the app as well. And your child can only send voice messages too. I never got an alert when my daughter sent a message. Wished it had a button to switch to silent. She received 2 spam calls in 1 day! No way she could have worn this watch to school! Not reliable at all! Save your money and a headache and don’t buy!!

Love when the phone works but many times ( our home included) she has no signal. It is difficult to set the time and a little complicated to set up period.

It was hard to change the time you have to use the app. Still don't know how to see how many steps I have taken. It only has military time on it .But I use it everyday .

Could never get this work - this is a horrible product and I would find somewhere else to spend my money. My daughter was so sad. By the way my husband is in the technology business so it's not like we are the average users of products such as these. TRY ANOTHER PRODUCT THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

I've bought SpeedTalk sim as advised and the thing does not register on the network. I'm living in a large metro area in Southern California and seems that the device is useless here. Wonder why it's even sold in the USA. Returning, hope to at least get my money back, too bad for my wasted time trying to make it work...
