A generous Youtuber shared his experience and I can pay it forward by relaying his advice: cut to a depth above vacuum table of fifteen thousands. Afterwards, I was very careful in turning over the v-grooved sheet and simply used blue painters tape over the joint and every came out swell. Afterwards you will need to burnish the corner with a round rod. This floating shelf used the Hovr bracket system and depth of insertion of that is also critical.

Cuts cleanly
I purchased for cutting signs. I like the bit ot cuts cleanly. I've only used it for a short time so I'm not sure how long it will stay sharp. Good thing is you can replace the insert when dull.

Machine vibration
When using this bit we are having a lot of vibration. Thinking the bit wasn't balanced correctly. Other than that, we do like the bit.
