Been using it for years. The combination of ingredients is one of the best detoxes I've found. As for slimming--well, its only because it cleans all that STUFF out of your belly, leaving it flatter. This is NOT a weight loss product, (except for the weight of what your flushing down the toilet). As with any senna product, less is best when first trying it. And don't try it out on a day you plan to be away from a toilet, such as driving to work, etc. You have to figure out how your system will react to it and adjust as needed. Although it isn't considered a laxative, that is how it works--like a really strong one. And those odors... they are toxins. Be glad they are out of your body!! (Sorry to be so blunt, but I gave you the truth!)

Well....it works! I've been using this tea for years, takes about 8hours to kick in...eating a healthy low cal diet and drinking this tea means rapid weight loss, I only drink it twice a week though...and always top up with an electrolyte filled drink!

I like the tea but after the first few days I had to cut back to only a couple times a week because it really did a good job cleaning me out.

It’s very strong herb for me. First time, I drank a cup of tea after dinner, then I woke up with painful stomachache around 1am. I could not sleep the whole night. Now, I try to drink it early the morning occasionally whenever I can run to the bathroom easily. It works very well. Just need be careful when you drink it.

Sometimes I kick off a detox with this tea. Let’s be real, it is a laxative tea and will get your bowels moving for sure. I prefer this to the pill because you are getting water in with this and senna draws water into the bowels. If you are using this or any other laxative with senna, for the sake of your kidneys, stay hydrated please! I mix mine with the Numi Rooibos chai as a night time detox tea and always am amazed at what happens in the bathroom the next morning..

Doesn't work. Don't waste your money. I'm a long-term fan of skinny & diet night time teas. Keep shopping. They were cheap for a reason.
