I’ve been using this bag for roughly a week and so far it has been quite comfortable. The cushions in the back are extremely soft and very comfy. One thing I did notice is that; the sponge orwhatever material in the shoulder straps seem to be worn out.I completely love the numerous compartments/section that the bag has. This is the bag I’ve been searching for in terms of carrying capacity. I could fit majority of my stuff from a carry-on suit case inside this bag.The usb connector seems a bit old and doesn’t utilize a power bank properly. This isn’t really a bad thing, just use your power bank without the usb connector at the side.Overall it was a very good buy, I’m just worried about the cushioning material being worn out :/Update: My zipper just got messed up.I contacted the seller and informed them about what had happened and they gave me numerous options about what to do next. I am 100% satisfied with how the seller went about providing customer service!

Just received this backpack today and immediately stuffed it with what I probably will need for a 3-day trip. I still need to work with the placement of items. I think I rated it 4 star on capacity, which I think is 45 L. The backpack itself only states 17". The pack is well made and lined for water resistance. Using a spray water bottle, water rolled off and did not soak in. A torrential rain might be something else. Also the zipper channels are lined. What I don't understand is why the back most compartment has sleeves for laptops and devices, but it is the center compartment that has a USB cord and out side connection. I didn't have a laptop that wasn't all hooked up, so I used my computer's USB connection to power the backpack connection and then my Logitech headphones charging cord to charge my headphones. Test here was to ensure continuity and it worked flawlessly. There are at least 8 zippered compartments.Big ones have double zippers allowing small padlocks to secure them easily. The back-most compartment has an intersecting ring through which a small padlock can fit (size equivalent to that found on luggage). Pack is nicely padded. There are cloth loops in various places for looping cords, etc. though (these are about pencil-sized diameter.). This backpack has a heavy duty handle positioned center top. The backpack straps are about 3" across and nicely padded. What you don't find and this is a big plus are those multiple straps with plastic connectors that get caught in conveyor belts. Each side of the back has the Nylon net bottle holders. There is a headphones access point center top. There may be other features I haven't yet discovered. My back is black with red trim. Oh, the front most small compartment has a place for pens and paper and a key ring. I think I will be very happy with this backpack.

I needed a larger backpack for an upcoming trip, and snagged this beauty on a lightning deal. I couldn’t believe how many pockets are in here. The bag is very lightweight, great material that is easily cleaned, and water resistant. I wanted a bag with a USB port so if I took an extra long trip I could power on the fly. The stitching is secure, and the added trim is nice. Heavy duty cable handle on top and a finger loop on the bottom enable you to toss easily where you’re storing the bag. If you are securing it, there’s a spare key ring that is easily removed in one of the front pouches for your security keys(just be sure to keep your keys with you when locked!!). Overall, I really love the make of this and consider it one of my best purchases to date! 👍🏻👍🏻❤️

I got this at a great price and noticed they are now out of stock. Hope they bring them back as I want to recommend them to friends. This thing is huge, I honestly think I can fit more in it than my small carry on wheeled suitcase. I am going on a 2-week trip where I need to look presentable so I will be carrying more clothes than I would for a regular vacation. I will be using packing cubes in it, putting my clothes and lighter stuff in it, and I will use my checked-in luggage for heavier items. Being disabled, there are key features I always look for. Ease to unzip, click straps together, velcro ease etc. This passes the test. The zippers and pulls all seem to be well made with good finger grips. Lots of places to stash stuff. The trolley sleeve is a bonus. The handle is great and strong enough that I can clip my backpack to my walker if need be when I am traveling without a suitcase.The only con I can think of is that it might have been better for them to put the RFID pocket in the theft-proof hidden pocket' that presses against your back when wearing the pack, but that's just a small thing. I have my cards in an RFID pouch at all times, anyhow.

I wanted a backpack for overseas travel that was lightweight, still with enough room for all the items that I like to have easy access to when in airports. This is the one I chose after examining many others in stores, where I could determine which style was best for me. I especially like the organized layout which keeps everything stored but easy to access. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Love this backpack!!! Definitely well constructed. Holds everything securely and also leaves room for multiple items without creating pressure on my laptop or my iPad. The shoulder straps and the stitching are impressive which leaves me feeling more confident that I won’t likely experience a sudden torn shoulder strap and the panic of thinking my laptop and iPad are about to face a quick demise. Would happily recommend this backpack.

The backpack is heavier when empty than I expected which will effect the comfort (and strength needed) to carry it. The external fabric looks great but the fabric used to make the interior pockets to hold pens, etc does not appear to be made if the same quality, so I’m wondering how this will hold up with use- It feels cheap & “crackly”. The box it was shipped in was huge and was broken and falling apart when it arrived at my house. Inside the huge shipping box, the backpack was folded inside a much smaller sealed plastic bag that would have require a box about1/3 the size to ship, but because the backpack was folded inside this smaller plastic bag, the backpack now flops over with a permanent bend in it when empty. This seems to be a packaging issue but has effected my opinion of the backpack itself. A floppy, bend over bag isn’t as nice to give someone as a Christmas gift.

Bought this for my husband who’s a stone mason and his laptop and paperwork also gets full of dust with most laptop bags. This keep everything neat and clean! Fits a truck load of stuff, even room for his lunch.

Finding a durable kid's backpack is difficult. Find one that is large enough for everything from school is difficult. This one is large enough and durable enough. So while we aren't using it for the intended use, it's perfect for this other use: getting my kid's things (lunch, papers, binders, etc.) to and from school.
