Reasonably priced product, sturdy, and easy to install!!!
Great product, I was skeptical about buying the trainer for my bike because I am a pretty heavy guy, but I enjoy cycling. I am a retired disabled vet and have a few lower extremity injuries, cycling helps me get my cardio in. With the trainer I get my miles in rain or shine. Very sturdy, easy to install and would definitely recommend if your looking for a reasonably price piece of equipment.

Perfect!
I wanted to get a trainer so I could ride year-round. The trainer was easy to put together and works perfect. It's not loud and the ride is smooth. I bought this trainer for the great price thinking I would upgrade if I stuck to it. I may not have to upgrade!

This thing broke my bike.
I've had an indoor bike trainer, the first one I got was $50 and is still working. It was a little flimsy, so I figured I'd spend the extra on this one would be a good idea...but a year later, some plastic flew off in the middle of a ride...I got off to fix, but couldn't because the mechanism was completely locked in. I was unable to disconnect my tire from the trainer, and had to use a hammer to dislodge the connection. Not even sure where the plastic pieces broke off from, but the entire thing is now all janky, as is my back tire...and I have to take it to a bike shop for repair. Too bad, this thing was way sturdier than my previous one, but my previous one didn't break my bike so....

Gets the job done
Works great, but instruction suck. It does shake just a tad bit and the shift is pretty hard to switch as well. Other than that it works.

... reviews prior to purchasing this item and am extremely happy with my choice
I read almost all of the reviews prior to purchasing this item and am extremely happy with my choice. Some comments on what some people said are issues:1) putting it together. It is 4 screws and a bolt. If you can't make that work off of a picture, you might want to consider not riding a bike. I had to swap over to the skewer provided (very handy to have it included) as I normally use a very light skewer. Took all of about 15 minutes to unbox, put together and mount the bike (that included walking out to the garage to o get the bike.2) noise - I have it in the basement on carpet and my breathing is louder then the noise this makes. I am riding on michelin road tires and it is really quiet - I actually turned the tv down on the first ride.Couple other notes - The folding stand is handy when storing but be careful when moving the bike. The front wheel block is a great addition, but I might replace it in the future something a little better, maybe. As for resistance - I didn't ride much last year but I spent years riding regularly including multiple century rides and regular training loop that is 62 miles long. The 5 resistance settings work very well and were a big selling point to me. I highly recommend this trainer to anyone who is not a crit rider (you should be getting a really expensive fluid trainer anyway). From the average joe/jane to an experienced rider looking to get back in the saddle or stay in decent shape through the cold months, you will be hard pressed to beat this trainer. If it breaks/wears out, at this price/value I'll buy another one in a heartbeat.

Great trainer, but...
The media could not be loaded. This is a heavy, sturdy trainer. It's built very solid and my Mt Bike fit the stand perfectly with the included axel and wheel block. The tension knob has a long cable and easy adjustments. My only complaint is the noise that the magnet makes is so loud that it scares all the pets! Otherwise, this thing is great.
