Very Good and functional.Once charge light remains for 4 hrs.XECH is a China company. Package doesn't have any sort of seal just a box with lamp and rechargeable cable in wrap in plastic bag.But quality is good and is functional well design. Brightness control is by finger touch which is very soft and sensitive, feels good to use.
