The best of what's available, but that's not saying much...
TL,DR => Summary at the bottomI've used bluetooth headphone adapters, like these, for about the last 10 years. Sony's SBH series were by far the best, but they stopped making them.More recently my favorite was the Jumbl, but you can't find those anymore either. The Jumbl is the round style with individual volume and track buttons and a the multifunction play button.BEWARE, as of right now, ALL of the other brands that have the circular body with the clip on the back are just garbage. There is always a huge Audio/Visual delay, or they can't be Used while Charging. In my opinion these are the two criteria that EVERY product like this should be focused on... but they are not.THIS PRODUCT, on the other hand, works pretty well. You can use it while charging, the sound quality is about as good as my $15 walmart headphones can produce. I don't notice a difference between using the adapter and being hardwired. It doesn't have separate volume and track buttons, and I definitely consider that a down side, but being able to charge it while using it and having no audio/visual delay makes it a fair trade off.Unfortunately that's where my praise stops. As I said, it's better than anything else, but quite frankly, it's not even remotely worth the $18 I paid for it.First, the battery is just pitiful. All of the round style clips can last at least 4 and Jumble was closer to 8 hours. With this, I'd say that average is closer to three. I always carry a battery with me so I can charge and and keep using it. (I can't stress enough how important being able to use it while charging is MANUFACTURERS TAKE THE HINT!!!!)Second, the design is a serious brain-fart. The idea is that you're supposed to be able to clip it on a collar or something, the problem is that the hinge for the clip is so far down the body of the device, that a LOT of it sticks up. If you clip it to the neck of a t-shirt, like I do, you have about a centimeter sticking above the the neck of the shirt, then you add the plug for your head phones, making the thing even taller, you've got close to an inch sticking up and now, jabbing you in the neck (heaven help you if your headphones have a straight plug instead of the common 90-degree kind)Third, the multi-function button is so prominent and poorly placed that you'll be hitting it all day. I can't count the number of times I went to put my headphones in and found that my music/book was already playing... meaning my preciously scant few minutes of battery were being wasted without my knowledge (again another reason to carry a battery around with you). It seems like just looking at the button will make the device think you pressed it. If you use it while sleeping, also like I do, yeah, the battery will probably be dead by morning because it's been turned on and off multiple times in your sleep.SUMMARY:Pros:- Literally the ONLY product on Amazon that works as it should (almost)- Can be used while charging- Has no audio/visual delay- Sound quality is just greatCONS:- Stupidly short battery life (just over 2 hours... maybe)- really dumb placement of the clip, making it too tall and uncomfortable to wear on the collar- play/pause button is in a terrible place so it's always being accidentally pressed- doesn't have separate volume and track buttons- the first one died after only a week (the second one after 2) (third has lasted a month so far)

Almost great
I like the product and it works but the plastic cover on the top by the charging point fell off. I teach yoga and cycle classes and love the fact that it has a clip and I can clip it on my keychain so it is never left behind. There is sometimes an issue with the blue tooth connecting to the device, it can take up to 5 minutes to connect. My only other issue is that I do not know how much battery life is left. I just have to be sure the unit is charged before class. This is a major concern because I need it to run for at least 2 hours. There is a spoken “battery low” warning but no battery life display. I am glad I can charge it at use it at the same time.

Seemed like a winner ...
Sound quality was good. Fast connection. Battery life seemed inconsistent. The only thing about it that was easy was turning off and on and using the volume control, oh, and pairing it was easy, too. But trying to skip ahead was awkward at best and was sooo annoying I stopped trying. The part that make me toss it to the trash, was it's constant shutdowns to save battery life. I had to then turn it on again to use it on a call or listen. Most times it did this after a few minutes of quiet. Many times I missed a call or couldn't talk to someone until I figured this out. My old Samsung's for which I was hoping I could replace with this, would go into a low power mode, but immediately come back on line with a phone call or me pressing a button. You miss enough phone calls and this becomes useless.

Amazed
I ordered this bluetooth devise 8 months ago. Has worked flawlessly. I was devestated when I found it had been washed with the laundry and while it still had a sufficient charge on it. But as to not give up hope, I allowed it to dry for a day. Pushed the power button and nothing. My hopes were shattered.... I figured I'd try to charge it... plugged it up and the charge led lit up... I was totally suprised. I let it charge and plugged in the earphones that was washed with it. Ended up having to pair it to my phone again, but works flawlessly. I am absolutely amazed!

High quality product with accurate claims
Relatively clear sound and lower latency than other mini bluetooth receiver adapters I have tried. Range is also better than the other adapters that claim to utilize Bluetooth 5.0. Quality is worth the slight premium price over the other less expensive adapters.

Great quality for a small price
The adapter supports APTX. Ugreen is a name brand in China. Sound quality and latency are much better than other white label products. Only con is that there are no dedicated forward and back buttons.

Only lasted 6 months
It only lasted 6 months May 21st to Oct 22 , maybe I'm expecting too much. It look nice, package was good, it worked good. One day it just wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, no lights, nothing just dead. I won't be buying again.

This was awesome... until it wasn't
I figured I'd take a chance on this because it had great reviews. The sound quality was good, it was easily controllable with it's buttons, battery was lasting me about 6 hrs., it connected quick without any problems, but it died completely after 2 months. I had it charged completely one night, and it just stopped working after about 15 minutes. It won't charge, or show any sign of life.

Buen producto
