Easy to set up. But a total problem to make it stay on patio slabs. I tried everything, bolts the lot. I saw a clip on the internet. Lay the stand legs under patio slabs. The weight of the slabs hold the umbrella up. And stop it blowing . Great internet help. great umbrella.

I have purchased more expensive parasols in the past, but they don't last any longer than cheap ones, so went for the latter this time. It's well made and easy to put up. I purchased a separate cover for it to see if it'll last through the winter for next year.

Looks good and study. Super easy to put together as it's really light. Just the fabric is very thin so hoping it lasts and doesn't rip, we shall see!!

This is a very good purchase for the price paid. I put it together first time no messing, marvelous!!It is a little shaky once up so I wouldn't recommend moving with the parasol fully open. Looking forward to lazy days in the sun, or is that the shade.

Looks absolutely loverly. But having yo hold it down with breeze blocks Really isn't idea especially with children it'd far to, top heavy this as falling over 3 times in very light winds with my child under so cannot leave it unattended

Product Desciption specifically states "adjustable parasol with base – black strong aluminium/ steel design with sturdy base you can place our quality adjustable parasol wherever you want to have shade as it’s freestanding as it has its own base". No base was supplied with this Parasol.The parasol itself is very good quality, easy to assemble, but the main selling piont was that it was freestanding and came with its own base.Will now have to look for a suitable base which I shouldn't have had to purchase.
