it is nice dressing table and looks good condition, and so happy with the seller quick respond to solve my problem. The only think was hard was the assembling structure as some numbers are unclear because they are writing too small even hard to see it with eye glass!. Thanks

When it came, the wood was cracked. This obviously happened in transit, not the sellers fault. I messaged the seller who swiftly replaced it, it's now perfect, amd my niece is very happy with it.

This is absolutely amazing.... Tokm us a lite longer than an hour as lots of peices lol... But we did it!! It looks incredible.. Sturdy and beautiful... If you are thinking about this.. Do it.. Its bigger than I thought... But by daughter absoloutley loved it. So great for the money! Very very happy. Thanks

Great product My daughter loves it

Ordered this for my daughter's room, to help with more storage. It arrived fine and then we began the fun of trying to assemble it. The instructions are all pictorial and not at all clear. Many of the pictures show the items upside-down, which caused confusion. After a number of hours we were ready to try to fit the drawers. We couldn't get the drawer runners to go on correctly. After trying all combinations we contacted Clipop directly for help. I realise this was a mistake and we should have dealt with it via Amazon straight away. After receiving several evasive responses but no actual help, I contacted them via Amazon. By this point I realised the window for refund was approaching so I contacted Amazon to see what could be done if the problem was not resolved before the refund period ended. This resulted in Amazon starting a claim against Clipop. Although this had not been my intention it did finally elicit a response, however clipop contacted me via WhatsApp which I wasn't too happy about, and felt was inappropriate. They then started bombarding me with messages telling me to stop the claim by Amazon. By this point we were really fed up and just wanted a desk that was usable. We did eventually get the drawer runners correctly fitted, however it was a shame it took Amazon intervention before we got any help from Clipop. The desk itself is poor quality. It has a few chips and wear marks, but also where the gloss film reaches the edges of the desk there is a dirty mark all the way round which will not come off. I had mentioned this to clipop who promised to compensate me, but by this time their messages were getting really quite forceful and frequent, demanding I get Amazon to withdraw the claim. It was most disconcerting. After I withdrew the claim they offered £10 back, which I felt was of no relevance, but all the same a gesture. I agreed and then they tried to say they wanted to send me a lap desk!! Not wanting a lap desk I said I felt a monetary gesture was more appropriate, so they agreed (sending laughing emojis- how inappropriate after all the stress caused). I have not received any refund from them and am left with a poor quality item. I wish I had spent more money on something better. I'm not happy at all but by the time we had been through all the stress of trying to assemble the desk and the problems getting help, we couldn't face returning it and looking for something better. I do not recommend the product or the company, as they clearly only helped when forced by Amazon's intervention. I am not sure how they have so many positive reviews.

Au final je suis très satisfait de cet achat et du vendeur. Il faut juste savoir que l'envoi se compose de 2 colis et je ne le savais pas, lors de la réception du premier colis j'ai manifestement vu qu'il manquait des éléments y compris les instructions de montage. Je contacte le vendeur qui me répond rapidement qu'il y a un deuxième colis, en me fournissant le numéro de suivi. Lors de la réception du deuxième colis quelques jours après il n'y avait pas d'instruction de montage comme je l'espérais...Je contacte de nouveau le vendeur qui m'envoie rapidement par mail la notice de montage. Montage sans problème, prévoir une visseuse, bonne qualité.. Au final tout fini bien et recommande le vendeur pour sa réactivité et son aide.

Finalmente llegada a tiempo, pese a las fechas y agradecido por la comprensión de el vendedor y buen trato tras contactar con el. Serios y amables. Producto tal y como esta en la descripción muy contento con la compra. Es lo que esperábamos.

Produit très bien emballé avec de nombreuses protections. Plan très compréhensible. Vis en plus. Conforme au descriptif. Solidité, ça reste du melaminé, mais le meuble est bien conçu.
