AutoBros Converting Rim Cleaner Iron Remover (1L)

Fantastic product. Does exactly as it describes. Removes all iron contamination. Yes, the smell is strong and potent but it's a chemical so can't complain about it. I wish we didn't need to use so much for the work. For e.g to clean 4 rims I utilised approximately 450ml. Although it's worth the money. I do wish it was a little cheaper.

Does what it said. Filled from the main bottle to the supplied spray bottle & sprayed on all 4 wheels of my car & bike. Instantly the color started to change in the front disc brake wheels as it had more disc pad dust. It was very satisfying. As it started to rain, I couldn’t scrub & clean all four wheels, will be doing next time. But this is good. To see the affect itself means this works. Better value. But the smell can be a bit too hard. So please clean or use in a very ventilated area.

Product is Okay. But to conclude whether it works or not, it needs to be sprayed on the right surface to give a proper feedback. Turns out the spray bottle provided is of extremely low or cheap quality. Feels like a Rs. 10/- product. It leaks while spraying on the wheels. Also since the application is not proper, whether it does the job is a big question mark. Will purchase a separate bottle to check it performance. Smell of the liquid is very foul, but its as per the reviews of other users on amazon.

For so long I was searching for a perfect iron remover for my car paint . In india we do not have much products available . Few imported products are available but are way too costly ( carpro iron x is 7 thounsand inr) I used foam wash of wonderwash it gave me amazing results so I thought to give this iron remover a try. As its name is rim cleaner so I was a bit concerned if we can use it on body paint hence called the company owner a very humble man he told me go for it, its as good as iron x so finally ordered the product.Received in a proper packing. I was still not sure if it will be ok for my car paint so I applied it on 4 years old activa and I was amazed with the results as it started reacting on iron(fe) in just 2 minutes after spraying. After pressure washing this vehicle looked really awesome and paint was not at all damaged. I only wish if it was bit cheaper as its foam wash that is 450 rs per liter but I am happy with its results. Its a 100 percent perfect product.So if you are looking for a good iron remover for your car paint And alloy go for it.

Good cleaning ability for rusty

I've used this to clean my car alloys which are black, brake calipers which are red and normally turn dark brown with brake dust and other gunk from moving around in the city (for now).Must say I was pretty impressed with this it cleaned up the calipers really well back to their original red, and it took most of the dirt off the alloys too.Just a few notes:1. It's an Add-on as a wheel or brake cleaner (not specifically for brake cleaning - should use a non residue brake cleaner for this) to remove any iron base contamination or deposits and then clean off with a pressure washer. To complete cleaning use nother soapy solution or wheel cleaner with a wheel brush or cloth to completely clean the alloys (obviously depends on how dirty they are).2. I've used this on my cycle - was really good to see all of the grease, dirt, gunk, etc come off with ease after pressure washing as well. Gear cogs, chain, chain ring, derailleur, etc were cleaned like new. Re-oiled for a perfect home and DIY service. I also used this on the body/frame and paintwork and it cleaned it well too. Wasn't sure of using it on the cars paint but seems it will do it's job well.My suggestion is to always have a pressure washer handy as once dry it can become a problem to remove it, the manufacturer mentions to spray more of the product to resolve this (didn't try but still think it needs a pressure wash to fully benefit your DIY clean).Also it stinks, I mean really pungent odour (expected) - so please use away from kids and people with respiratory difficulties, use in open and we'll ventilated areas and prefrablyy wear a breather mask!Will buy again!
