Once I figured out where to mount install took about 5 mins for the actual hour meter. Easy to read and very durable. It's took quite a beating with mud and then pressure washer and still fully functional. Navigation of the setting is okay, its kind of a pain with the single button but that's a sacrifice I took for its small size, which I wanted.

I recieved the product and the product packaging was opened along with the product not being in the package safely and the mounting items were missing and the log book was not in the package either .

Easy to install. Always knowing the hours between services. Seeing the RPMs you are operating the enging. I have these on several pieces of small equipment.

Works as expected filling both the need to set the engine's speed and to record usage for service intervals. The sensor wire is easy to hook up but would be even easier if it were a little more flexible.

This hour meter tells you when to change oil, change air filter, check valves, and it's a tachometer. A great product with many functions. Works extremely well. Instructions are great and allow for easy installation.

Install is really easy, 2min tops. I put it on my 2cyl, 4 stroke chipper, seems to work fine. The rpms might be a little jumpy, not sure if it's interference or what but rpms jump around a little when the engine is running perfectly steady, so it's the unit for sure. Still plenty usable. Minus one star for value, seems a little pricy for what you get. I'd buy one again though, does the job.

Every small engine needs this helps keep track of maintenance.
