One Minute Journal: Take a Moment. Write It Down.

Love the idea behind the journal. It has a wide variety of prompts to document your life bit by bit. Once you start writing, 1 minute is rarely enough though.

The product was wonderful but it did not come with the hourglass. Has an odd shape without it. Disappointed.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, but then I started to look through it and decided to keep it for myself. The writing and occasional drawing prompts are just right (thought provoking and open-ended and sometimes surprising), and I love the little minute-timer that tells me that I have to stop (though I did grab a few extra seconds to finish describing my "perfect morning"). This is a journal I will really use.

Thought this was a good idea but not easy to write in.
