I’m sure people reading this will say “duh!” but no where in the instructions did it say to pull the tab out of the back of the sensors- I finally realized the tab was blocking the battery from connecting, and once I did that, I had them paired and working in seconds. Wish it would have just told me to, so I didn’t mess with it for 5 minutes first...We had a door chime at our last house that we couldn’t bring with us, and in any case my dog did NOT like the noise the last one made, she would cower and slink away whenever it went off, which was really annoying when I’d be opening the door to take her outside. Needless to say, we went through a lot of treats trying to train her to tolerate it.So, I mainly picked this one because it had so many options for the chime sound. I was able to find one that my dog will tolerate well, and the ability to adjust the volume was a nice feature too.

They do the job. Wish I could have a different sound for each door, but it works. It makes a sound every time you plug it in, so that gets annoying because I unplug it in the day, and replug it in at night. It's hard to cover the speaker when plugged in, to not wake my husband. That's my fault though because I always forget to plug it in before he goes to bed.

So easy to install !!!! Could not be any easier.Stick to door jam, plug in to an outlet. Choose the sound you like best, push arrows up or down for sound choice and volume.I’d personally like the volume a bit lower . But no complaints here! Totally worth the little bit of money spent!I’ve used it for awhile now and you just set it and forget it !!!

I out of 2 sensors worked. Changed battery but still didn’t work

It failed exactly in 32 days, I am going to get a replacement and give it another try.

The seller is very good. I bought two sensor with it, one does not work. I called in and they send me another one to swap out right away. And I send the old one back for them.

The door chime was installed on (2) doors at our facility in under 5 minutes total. Setting the volume and ring tone was also extremely easy. We are pleased with our purchase!

Says 1000 feet range can't get over 25 feet
