Barely OK. Am looking to buy something better.
Bought this for use at the gym because the cardio machines require a wired connection for the TV channels on their screens. Main problems with this product: 1) it easily gets wrapped up or unwrapped wrong so has to be carefully pulled in or out, 2) the wrap-holder acts as an awkward & swinging anchor when product is used on stationary bike or treadmill; 3) earbuds must be shoved into the ear pretty hard to get just OK sound quality and so become uncomfortable after a short while; 4) "mic" wire has no volume adjustment. I overpaid for the product. Looking to replace it pretty soon.

Doesn't retract as pictured or described.
What use is a retractable headphone that doesn't fully retract? Or at least doesn't retract as pictured in the listing? About a foot of cord left hanging because a hard piece of material prevents it, where the photos in the listing show about five inches. It cannot be removed without damaging the wires. Deceptive description with deceptive photos.

Weighs down and falls
The problem with this design is that when you put them in your ears, the part where the cords wind into will weight them down and they just fall out of your ears.

At First ....Exactly what I was looking for...THEN STOPPED WORKING after 4 months.
Changing my review in June 2023 after 4 months of use. Quit Working. Probably worn out wire at/in the stereo plug. Maybe needs stronger construction in that area.Used only with my laptop and am very careful not to crimp or bend wires.Did like the retractable feature. That was not the problem.

one side stopped working after 3 uses
This item arrived 12/4. I used it 3 times so far. I picked it up today and now the right ear doesn't work...
