Useful dietary aid
I've used Raspberry Ketones before and find them to a useful dietary aid as they help suppress the feeling of hunger and as such, prove useful in quelling the need - imaginary or otherwise - that I need to eat between regular meals. Since starting to use them again about a month ago, I've dropped about half a stone in weight with no side effects whatsoever.

I have these years ago and they help me with my losing weight and they are doing the same thing again I highly recommend these. They have no caffeine in them at all so they don’t give you any headaches they do suppress your appetite so I would give them a go if you are struggling with losing weight. Just make sure you’re eating a healthy diet
