FLEX Pre-Workout Muscle Builder - Nitric Oxide Booster - 60 Tablets

As a fitness instructor, I've tried many pre-workout NO2 products over the years and this one if by far one of my favorites! I was recommended Flex by a client and WOW. It gives me just the right amount of an energy boost that I need and helps build strength/endurance. I crush my spin classes twice as hard whenever I have taken Flex. The results are awesome, and muscle growth is inevitable. This is my second bottle and I will purchase again.

Based on my experience with Gym Junkies BUILD whey powder, I was anxious to see how the muscle builder supplement would be. I was not surprised to find a clean, short list of ingredients. The real treat was in my biceps though. I have honestly never felt a pump like I did after my first workout with Flex. It really gave me the feeling that I was getting MORE out of the same workout. To me, that's how supplements should work, so I will continue to use Flex!

I started taking FLEX a month ago and so far it's delivered better results than the other 3 muscle builders I've tried. I feel stronger when I lift, and my stamina has gone way up. I work out for about 45 minutes to 1 hour 5 days a week. Before taking flex my muscles would fatigue at the 30-35 minute mark. When I'm on it, I last about an extra 15-25 minutes. Overall great muscle product.

I take two pills 30 min before my workout exactly how the bottle says to do and I feel absolutely nothing!! I'm better off drinking a energy drink or a cup of coffee. Waste of my money!

FLEX Pre-Workout has been a great addition to my supplements for both light and intense training purposes. I tend to rotate muscle & testosterone boosters so I don't get to tolerant to one supplement, and this is now in my rotation. At first glance of the title I thought that this was only Nitric Oxide like a lot of the pre-workout supplements, however after looking into it I found that it had MUCH more than expected. Pomegranate, Grape Seed, and Hawthorne are a few of the nice herbs and fruits that are in this that I appreciate being i this. I would enjoy some of the contents of this being organic or at least labeled with non-additives. When it comes to workout supplements that is not my main concern so I am okay with using this.When I first took this I noticed the taste was SUPER spicy and intense on my taste buds. It was almost sour, or tangy as well. The pills are big and pressed, and two took some effort to get down, despite my adaptation to taking lots of various supplements - the rough texture and the size makes its difficult to go down for me. Overall, I am quite happy with the effects. I felt a burst of energy and decreased muscle fatigue in my workout. I was able to go longer with certain exercises and lifting. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review, and an HONEST review I haven given!

I am not new to weight lifting, but I am new to trying some of the products out there made for performance and advertising increased energy, because, really, who are we kidding? I am an exhausted single mom even before I factor in trying to fnd time to lift weights.So, to start with, the item arrived intact and undamaged. However the label was worn and faded which led me to wonder if I got an old bottle or if it was not stored properly. Shipping was fast as promised.They are big vitamin-like pills, not capsules but they did not taste bad so the coating did it's job. However if you try to avoid large pills or have a strong gag reflex you should be aware.Lastly, I did notice some gain in my energy level when I took it as directed (2 pills 30 minutes before working out). I increased 3 of my lifts in one workout!I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. My experiences and views are my own.
