Invicta FTW!
I cant' believe I picked up this beauty here at Amazon for under eighty bucks! Having bought another in the "I Force" series a while ago, and absolutely loved it, I've had this one on my wishlist for a while. My other one is the all black, with the stenciled white lettering (Invicta model 1517) and I loved the lefty style function buttons, the bold but not overdone size of it, and of course the performance and design. I knew I wanted another I Force, and after sorting through all of the various versions of this line from Invicta, I felt this one, the 3329, was the best, for my tastes.Having now received it, I'm extremely pleased with my choice! I love a good blue face dial, and the blue is gorgeous on this one. It is so beautifully off set by the gold, with the overall look tied together so well with the brown leather strap. As with all Invictas, details abound, and on this model, we have red numbering for 24 Hour tracking, hands that are accented red, with added details of a circular window on the constant second hand, and white detailing on the chrono second hand, we see gold outlining on the white numbers, tachymeter indications which add further depth to the dial, and even the Invicta lettering engraved on the side of the case. The lume is green, and glows bright, although it doesn't last very long (which is to be expected in a lower tiered product line).I'm an Invicta fan, and have been for years, because of the quality and affordability. I've since branched out to other brands, including "high end" brands, but, still, no one gives you this much watch at this price point, and paying far more often doesn't get you half of what Invicta provides for their customers. So, I keep coming back for more!To clear up the inflated "MSRP" confusion, as I've said in other reviews, this is not a "discount" from that price level -- Invicta simply points out how much you COULD pay for a feature set like this, among other brands, and it is accurate, to some degree. It's more accurate in some cases versus others -- for example I picked up a Limited Edition Sea Base, half a mile of water resistance, Swiss movement, helium release valve, sapphire crystal, etc., and Invicta gave it an MSRP of over two thousand dollars (I bought it for less than three hundred). That's accurate, for sure, and is actually pricing it for LESS than what that feature set could cost. Other brands charge up to tens of thousands for a watch of that caliber. So, certainly the MSRP is more than justified there. In general, the MSRP is understandable when we think of the MSRP as more of a "comparison" kind of price point. In this case, it's maybe not so accurate. No, you wouldn't have to spend five hundred plus bucks for a watch like this, from certain standpoints, and, in fact, if you did, you could get more than what this watch offers, if you knew what to look for in that price range. You'd get Swiss movement, possibly sapphire crystal, and maybe a bit of brand bragging rights, depending on your choice. Granted, you COULD spend five hundred, and not even get what this one offers, but I think, for this model, this MSRP could be set more around three hundred, than five, just in my opinion. But, given the style and unique look, you'd be hard pressed, at even five thousand dollars, to find something that looks this good, and possibly that's what Invicta is saying here, in which case the MSRP is maybe even too low. After all, in the military/aviator style, it's a very pricey and exclusive neighborhood. And, this is really where Invicta rules, is offering distinct watch styles that many of the brag brands don't even provide, at all, at any price, or at price points well north of twenty or thirty grand. Sadly, many brag brands are just boring, and Invicta deserves high praise for its designs, especially given the hugely reasonable pricing.I would be totally okay paying what this was running for, just over a hundred dollars, but other things needed to be bought, so, as I mentioned, I was kind of just keeping an eye on it, and, when it dropped to under 80 bucks, I could NOT resist. Usually, I go with Reserve pieces (usually a few hundred dollars in pricing, but with synthetic sapphire, Swiss movements, etc., and I've never ever been disappointed, not once), but in this case, I just loved this particular series so much, I had to give it a try, and, as I say, I loved the other I Force so much that I knew a second one had to happen. While this is among the "budget" kind of series from Invicta, they have some real gems within their most affordable line, and the I Force definitely stands out as a top draw. The military/aviator look, as I mentioned, is difficult to find for less than many thousands of dollars, so just on style alone this is major find. Factor in chronograph function, date window, genuine leather strap, plus a hundred meters of water resistance, and you have a definite winner. Add the affordable pricing, and it's a no brainer on what a great watch you're getting here. While perhaps not as impressive as some of the higher priced Invictas I own, this watch definitely holds its own, nonetheless, and I smile every time I glance at it, whether on the shelf, among its brethren, or on my wrist. You won't be disappointed in this terrific watch from Invicta -- as a gift to yourself, or a loved one, it's more than worth the asking price.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very nice Invicta Chrono!
First off I own over 30 Invicta timepieces - I have another I-Force chrono in a different finish and with a different band. I wanted a leather strap all black and this one was perfect. I really like the yellow accents on the subdial hands and the second chrono hand. The "lume" is very decent (compared to other Invictas in my collection) but compared to Seiko dive watches not so much - not a deal breaker by any means. The 1/10th of a second "fast runner" stays running past the 30 second or minute mark - I don't tend to time beyond that but I would think it stays running until the start/stop pusher is depressed. The "split" feature is present on this as well. I don't know if this is mentioned in other reviews but the band is the quick change pin type so if you have other bands of the same width you could change the look easily. The contrast stitching picks up the white markings on the dial - the dial itself is quite easy to read even though it's quite busy. I'm not sure what movement is used but it's probably a TMI based on dial layout and complications - it's not a Swiss made or Swiss parts which at this price point could be obvious but some Invictas at this price point feature at least a Swiss parts if the entire watch isn't Swiss made - no big deal. This watch also does not feature a Flame Fusion crystal and the crystal does sit a bit "proud" of the case with a slight beveled edge - again at the is price point you can't complain too much - if this were a $1400 "aviator's watch" I might find fault for not having a sapphire or equivalent and being inset a tad but this hasn't been a problem with my other I-Force to date. For under a hundred bucks if you've not tried the Invicta brand this is a watch you should take for a spin.

Great watch
It's a great watch. Very easy to read especially without my glasses. The style very eye catching, and goes with anything your wearing. There is more then one version of this watch in a variety of different colors and bands, so you ha e choices. This is one of the invicta's most versatile watches. Not goudy big or loud. It just seems to flow just right. Night time illumination is decent better then some of the other invictas that could use an upgrade in illumination, most do. This one works fairly well. Overall if you are looking for a watch that can handle a multitude of styles and functions, this is one to consider. Ditch the phone. Learn to tell time again, with a watch on your wrist. It just looks smart on you.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband. I wanted a quality timepiece that would not break the bank. I also wanted something a bit different from the usual chrome or gold colors, he likes an oversized face on his watch so this was perfect. I previously bought him an Invicta and he has enjoyed it for many years now. We were both immediately impressed with the gift box and equally impressed with the size and quality of the watch. He usually doesn't buy watches with leather wristbands, but this one has been sturdy enough and easy to maintain. He is a news photographer and is always on the move, this watch passed the durability test.He most likes: The design is very unique, it is easy to see the time from far away, and the glow in the dark feature is adequate. He dislikes: He agrees with the other reviews, the wristband is the wrong size and lesser quality than that of the watch itself, but he will be replacing it in the future, once the band has signs of wear.I look forward to buying him more Invicta watches in the future, he collects watches and this brand offers both quality and affordability.
