The media could not be loaded. When it first arrived in the mail, I was skeptical - the thing is about as thin as and the size of a jewel case for your discs. I was a bit upset that it couldn’t connect to an outlet (to my knowledge) but even if you are listening with headphones, it sounds like the sound is coming from an expensive external speaker. Keep in mind that the headphones I am wearing are slightly damaged, and the audio is still top quality. For its price, warranty, and size, this thing is TOTALLY worth it, 200% recommend for any music collector or lover.

Although I had terrible luck with HOTT cd players (I had to return 2 as defective, as well as a 3rd from another), MONODEAL was so helpful and apologetic. They certainly didn't manufacture the item! They assured me they reached out to the manufacturer with their concerns and did their best to make sure I felt valued as a customer. I would buy from them again!

I bought this because I thought it might be better quality and last longer than the cheap CD players I usually buy. So I spent $70. It did have superior sound. But it only lasted about a year - same as the cheap players. I will go back to buying the cheap players.

I just received my CD player and it appears to be good quality, came with the USB charging cable and headphones as described. It was easy to hook up in my car and the sound is good. Not a 5 star because it did not come with a 3.5mm cable to plug into the car stereo...Otherwise I am happy with my decision to buy a HOTT product.

worst item ever purchased. Skips always. Only works 20% of the time. Jumps to different functions. Impossible to use.

We bought 2 of these for school use and they work great!

Used for just a few times and then it stopped working. Reads diSC even with fresh batteries and supplied test CD. I wish I had NOT wasted $70. I am still trying to get through to customer service for a replacement as it is too late to return through Amazon.
