Greatest kitchen gadget since electric knife. Fun, easy to use. Spreads room temp butter smoothly and easily, using less butter than if spread with butter knife. I've given them as gifts.

butter knives are probably my least favorite utensil due to their small width - it's a designflaw that creates extra work.the colors and price (around $5) drew me in. these speaders are constructed well and comfortable to use. they've become my weapon of choice to open up cardboard tubes of cinnamon rolls, spread chunky peanut butter, jam, cream cheese, etc. thry also have a spatula-like ability to scrape. they clean up easy which i like and no more worrying about food getting stuck in serrations.

Great for mixing things, spreading peanut butter, cream cheese. Great value for the money. Dishwasher safe.

I had bought a set of these knives two years ago and they are a real favorite in this house. The only problem we had with them was when there were no clean ones left in the utensil drawer! When I saw them in stock again I just had to buy another set.The knives are about 7" long. They are stiff and don't bend - even when spreading peanut butter. They go right in the dishwasher and come out looking like new. My older knives have been through the dishwasher just about every day for two years and still look new. They are molded in one smooth piece and have no crevices to catch foods.The blades are not serrated. They are not sharp. They will cut a sandwich made with a soft bread but these aren't going to saw through a tomato or cut a roll neatly. They aren't going to cut anyone's fingers either.While they are very safe for the smallest chefs, they are also a favorite with the older crowd here to spread cream cheese, cut a pat of butter, or add jam to toast or pancakes.With four different colors we sometimes have unhappy small people here when someone else has taken their favorite color knife. Hopefully, this additional set of 4 knives (some in new to us colors) will help make everybody happy.Great set of colorful plastic knives.

Granted, these aren't *perfectly* shaped for getting jam or PB out of the jar, but they're solid and affordable.

These knives were purchased for a couple of reasons. One reason we have adaptive plastic plates for my mother with dementia and wanted to be able to cut her food on this plate without ruining the plates with sharp knives and the second reason was for my grandson to be able to use them with ease once he's a bit older. I did not expect the quality or sharpness of these knives, they cut up food very well but they are safe enough for a child to use without any harm and these will be a great learning tool for my grandson when he's a bit older. They are also chunky enough for little hands to use with ease. They are well made, there was no odor or taste from the plastic and they are easy to clean with a little soap and water. Very happy with my purchase
