I love this, I just add a tiny bit to my gravies and my husband goes wild. He says he doesn't know what I did, but to keep it up. The salt is very strong, so just try using a small bit at a time until you acquire the taste you desire.. The salt doesn't overpower the mushroom flavor, the truffle is kind of a hidden surprise in the gravies I've made. If you're unsure, just give it a try. Only a small amount is needed and this jar will last a long while.

The truffle is perfect. When companies go light on it, you end up with too much salt. These guys have it perfect!

Very high quality but easy to overdo it! I added this instead of salt and HOLY COW! it was mind blowing truffley goodness! Of course the next morning my wife commented that I smelt like a truffle and we both commented how it was making us hungry so off to breakfast we went (hold the truffle salt though! Wowsers!). So yeah, great stuff but use in moderation!

This is the best tasting salt I've ever used. It's perfect for meats. My hubby and I Absolutely love it. I bought one for my Sis and she's a fan as well.
