Love this product and reordered the package of 2. Revived and opened one of the ocntainers to see the seal had been opened prior to delivery. Something not right and learned the product does not have a return policy. Thus reaching out here to see if i can get some feedback. Second container was undamaged / unopened.

Honestly, I was skeptical to try this at first because in my mind I thought it was going to make whatever I put it in thick. I was totally wrong. All you have to do is mix it thoroughly (I just use water) and drink it! I use it first thing in the morning in a 16 oz glass of water which helps me start my day drinking water.

I add this to my morning coffee. Doesn't change the taste of my morning coffee.

I started using this product mainly for arthritic joint & back pain based on recent studies. After over six months, my most painful areas, hands & back, are not much better at all, but my less affected joints are more comfortable. I suppose time will tell. My skin, hair & nails are looking good. It’s tasteless & mixes well in any drink, hot or cold.
