AN COFFEE BEAN was founded by Ms. Kim T. Nguyen, with her love for coffee and a passion for bringing you the finest beans from the beautiful remote regions of Vietnam. All the beans are carefully hand-picked at their peak of ripeness by the friendly and hard-working farmers who take an important part in the first stage of making a high-quality cup of coffee. Our coffee beans are roasted by the most advanced Hot Air roasting machine. This newer roasting method is far more superior than the traditional drum roast. It uses controlled hot air to circulate and roast each bean evenly to perfection! The significant difference of this roasting method is that all the chaff and any other impurities are blown out of the roaster into the cyclone collector and not burned up with the coffee. This process is very important to produce a clean and flavorful cup of coffee with original regional taste, to prevent unwanted burned flavor in your cup. So without a doubt, Hot air roasted coffee is always a better choice for your favorite morning cup of Joe. It's our passion to work in the coffee industry. By having a cup of extraordinary coffee as a consumer, you help us to complete the mission of bringing you the finest coffee from the farm to your breakfast or coffee table. As well with every purchase, you're contributing to the hard-working farmers in the remote regions by each cup of coffee you enjoy!
